Home away from home!

I have worked at MU off and on for over 2 years and have stayed in multiple units within the building. Each one has been great. All have been clean and well maintained. All the amenities to feel like a home away from home. Extremely convenient for walking to work and only a 25 min walk from downtown or a few minutes drive to many of the beautiful trails. Adam has been amazing, quick to respond and eager to help if needed. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Home away from home!

I loved my stay here! I had my first travel nursing assignment Oct. 2025 and stayed at this cozy apartment. Adam was great to deal with and prompt on any questions or concerns I had. It had all the accommodations to make oneself comfortable. The location is close to everything and walking distance to the hospital, which was a huge bonus since I didn't have to pay for parking when working. I can't wait to visit Columbia again. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Walking distance (closer than employees parking) to UM hospital. Very clean, well maintained, and well furnished apartment. Great area.

Excellent Property at an Excellent Location!

Excellent one-bedroom apartment! Has everything you need to feel right at home. Stayed cool in the summer & warm in the winter. Full sized bathroom, wonderfully stocked kitchen (with a dishwasher!), spacious bedroom & living room. Sofa pulls out into a double bed that was perfect for my two kiddos when they came to visit. Right across the street from MU Healthcare - a 10 minute walk from the front door of the apartment to the entrance to the hospital. You will hear traffic & occasionally your neighbors, but nothing that a bedroom fan can't drown out. Landlord is easy to communicate with & quick to respond. I loved this location!

Nice place

Very nice place. I was able to walk to UH hospital. It's not much further than the parking lot they make nurses park in. Only downfall is, if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. I can hear the person upstairs very well. I can even hear the cell phone ring. I get woken up several times a night.

Close to everything

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated apartment. Close to everything. Only 3 minutes from Boone Hospital. Minutes from the laundromat, downtown, restaurants, etc. I never drove longer than 15 minutes to get anywhere in Columbia the whole time I was there. Property manager was nice and helpful. Owners provided a helpful list of local places.

Beautiful new apartment, walking distance to hospital!

Quiet apartment in 8-plex unit is newly remodeled with new appliances and furnishings. Completely furnished down to Tupperware and pot holders in kitchen. Centrally located in the University/Medical district- right across the street from the hospital. I was able to walk to work everyday. Great location from grocery stores and shopping. Only negative is that there is no W/D in unit, but really nice laundromat (Columbia laundry) a few minutes away. Highly recommend.
