Don't hesitate!

If I could have stayed here forever, I would have. This cottage is unbelievably beautiful, peaceful, serene and in a quiet neighborhood that's very easily accessible to the inner city. The cottage is a short walk to the trail around Lake Washington, and on your way home you can get an amazing peanut butter cookie and sandwich on a croissant from Honey Bear Bakery. Barb, Doug and their dog Bode became like a family away from home. They are such great people, have great recommendations and are very responsive if you message them or need anything. My favourite part of the cottage was the bird bath in front of the kitchen window which made washing my dishes that much more exciting. I cannot say enough good things about the cottage, the landlords, the location and the forest surroundings. It has everything you will need; the bed is comfortable and the heated floors in the bathroom are quite the added bonus. If I ever come back to Seattle, I know exactly where I will be!

Wonderful home in private setting

My husband and I spent 3 months in this lovely cottage and enjoyed it immensely. We have been digital nomads for 14 years and this is one of the best short-term spots we've rented. Everything is just as pictured, and is in excellent condition (including fast Internet-speeds of ~70mbps upload/download). the cottage is comfortable, with thoughtful extras such as a bluetooth sound system, bbq grill & plenty of kitchen gadgets. We loved the location--tucked away behind the main house in a quiet wooded glen. Barb & her husband are very responsive and prompt with any requests. They are friendly, but also very respectful our privacy. Their border collie, Bode, is an absolute delight--extremely friendly and playful, but quiet (no incessant barking . We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Serenity and Perfection

This was my first travel assignment housing, and I could not have been more pleased! B and D (and Bode dog) always made me feel so welcome. The gardens and flowers on this property are simply amazing - it literally felt like you were sitting in a botanical garden. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful and it B was kind enough to give me references for nail salons in local shopping. I literally cannot say enough nice things about B and D and their property! (Also, I will love Bode dog forever! )

Beautiful, peaceful cottage

This is a private, beautiful, and comfortable retreat. The owners are very responsive and give great attention to every detail. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and have everything I need. They even put up Christmas lights for me. Great location! Close to good shopping and conveniences. Very highly recommend. Love it here! I hate to leave.

Picturesque northwest cottage

I was so lucky to have been able to stay in this cute cottage while working in Edmonds. After a long night at work it was nice to be able to come "home" to my own quiet space! I loved having a kitchen, dinning area, living room and full bathroom to myself. The homeowners thought of everything from fluffy towels in the bathroom to all the kitchen gadgets you need to prepare a nice meal. The yard is equally spectacular with lush green grass, flowers, stone paths, beautiful gardens and trees. Loved to eat breakfast and watch the wild birds play in the backyard. I highly recommend staying here.
