Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had an absolutely amazing stay with S & T. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and we are extremely grateful. The room is cozy, with a great TV and a wide selection of subscriptions. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and they generously share their items with guests. The house is clean and well-maintained. Everyone else living in the house is also friendly, and I always felt extremely safe there as a woman. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely Home

S and his wife B have a lovely and beautiful home. There is plenty of parking at this corner lot and my daughter always felt safe during her 60-day stay. She enjoyed having her own refrigerator in the garage. However, my daughter works 10-11 hour shifts. Doing laundry during the homes designated hours was not always convenient. Also, S & B enjoy having parties so on certain days, the kitchen was not available to anyone except family. We would probably stay here again but we are aware that the house rules do not include quiet hours.

My stay at S's and his wife house was a pleasant moment. From the first time speaking with S on the phone I knew he was a very good and nice person. My stay there allowed me to feel like I was somewhat at home and amongst family. The couple is someone that you can sit and talk with in a friendly manner. Their home is nice and clean. I had accessed to any of the utensils in the kitchen. If youre a tea lover you will have a wide variety of flavors to enjoy. Not to mention other gourmet brands to test. I wont say what it is Ill leave that as a surprise. Overall, its a family oriented home with very pleasant people around you who is kind, helpful, and resourceful. S it was a pleasure staying with you guys.

AN EXCEPTIONAL FINDING!

I stayed here for 3 months and saying I enjoyed my stay is an understatement. S and his wife are soooo welcoming. A+ on communication,cleanliness and accomodation. They make you feel safe and feel like you are part of their family. I worked night shift; the hosts made sure the place was suitable for sleeping during the day. The temperature was perfect, very quiet place and they made sure I had blackout curtains. Also, not to forget the room comes with TV subscribed to hulu, hbo, netflix etc. I cooked almost once a week if not twice, the Kitchen was equiped with everything that you would think you need. The hosts give more than 100% to their tenants and its easy to see they are doing it with love, just being who they are, very genuine. I honestly loved this place and if I get another contract in Santa Clara, this would be my first choice.

Home away from home

Shmulik made me feel at home right away. He is very welcoming and accommodating. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I will not hesitate to stay with him again if I am in the area.

Property review

The second you set foot in the house you feel welcomed. The hosts are exceptional human beings! They are very attentive, respectful and easy to communicate with. My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The house is as clean and organized as portrayed in the pictures (looks better in person.) Very tidy & lovely place with everything you need and much more. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home at all times. Definitely recommend this property but be aware, you run the risk of never wanting to leave this place!! :)

ABSOLUTE GEM

The hosts are absolutely amazing.They are so welcoming and hospitable.They offer everything listed and more. Whatever is in the house they welcome you to use. I work night shift which calls for me to rest during the day, this was not a problem as they made sure not to disturb me while I slept.This home is modern, quaint, and super clean.The backyard is very peaceful and serene filled with many citrus/fruit trees, flowers, and beautiful greenery.You wont be disappointed I promise.
