Private 2nd Floor Bedroom + Private Bath. Backs to Rough and Ready Greenbelt and walking path. Minutes from UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, Longmont United Hospital CommonSpirit and the newly opened Vasa Fitness Center. Perfect for travel professionals. Keypad entrance for the front door. On site parking. Female roommate please. Not suitable for someone who works from home (I work from home).
This is a lovely, quite neighborhood that backs to a green belt with a walking path. Close to King Soopers and a small shopping center. The YMCA is 5 minutes away and a new health facility is opening January 2026 that is also a 5 minute drive.
Home away from home
Beautiful clean home with a lovely patio area. Jackie the owner made me feel right at home. The neighbor is nice and quiet. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. If I'm ever back in Longmont this will be the place that I would come back too.
Home away from home in Longmont
Lovely peaceful, comfortable and tastefully decorated home, conveniently located - near amenities, and trails. I found the owner very gracious, flexible and accommodating. I loved drinking my coffee on back patio in morning sun overlooking green space and walking path. Definitely a lovely respite to come home to after a day of seeing clients! I highly recommend this property.
Nurse at Longmont United Hospital
A great house in a lovely neighborhood, would recommend to traveling nurses coming to Longmont
Travel Nurse Review
PROS: close to hospital, clean, quiet neighbor-hood, close to most stores. CONS: no PRIVACY at all-Renter doesnt realize personal space or boundaries, found bedroom door open on several occasions, dog gets into/tears things up, stayed in bedroom or vehicle to have private conversations w/hubby/son to prevent questions about convo or interruption about work day from renter. No down time for resting-constantly asked about plans, renter takes clients in house & if youre off you have to leave, thats hard if you only have 1 day off & youre tired. No snacking in rooms, no tv in room (brought my own) Renter is nice but nurses need down time to recoup-I never truly relaxed- I was constantly asked where I was going or passive comments made about me not going anywhere; asked about my patients(no no-HIPAA), schedule, work, beliefs, or judged for ingredients in what I ate or drank or at times given unsolicited nutritional advice w/no medical knowledge. If you want privacy-spend the extra $$.
housing review
I stayed at this house from June 1,2021 until October 31,2021. There is nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say. The host is a very sweet, Christian lady. The home is welcoming and peaceful in a beautiful neighborhood. Its enjoyable to sit out on the patio or go for a walk along the neighborhood trail. The private room and bath were just right for a traveling healthcare worker. I felt at home and would highly recommend this place and host. If ever in the area, I will be reaching out to stay again. There are just not enough wonderful things to say.
