Property review Westbury NY

Overall great stay and I would stay here again. The only thing that I wasn't anticipating was needing to buy some silverware bc there was only 1 of each utensil. No biggie though. The apartment is very nice, quiet and cozy. There are 2 beds 1 is soft one is firm Which is good because you have the opportunity to choose which sort of mattress works best for you. The air conditioners blow ice cold. I never heard any noises from next door nd the neighborhood is safe and nice. There are alot of parks in the area. I loved the blue color scheme of the curtains and couch and felt like I was in my own little blue oasis :) parking was never an issue and the Laundromat is walking distance and very close to the apartment.

Excellent!Excellent...Property is at the perfect location, close to all the restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. Quiet area for those who work night shift. Landlord was prompt to respond if you need anything. I would strongly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Nice place to live. As a night shifter, it was conducive for my work life balance. Neighborhood is quite and close to shops and the mall. Apartment was furnished with all necessary appliances. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

This place was perfect for everything I needed and the owner responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Loved the location, it was a 15 min to the hospital I was working at. There are a lot of food and coffee spots right down the street. Very safe neighborhood from my experience here. The full kitchen was great, everything worked perfectly. The dishwasher was a lifesaver. The wall unit a/c works great and made it cool enough for the hot days. The owner turned on the heater during the colder nights without even asking which helped a lot. The bed and couch are comfortable. The large roku TV was awesome and I was able to hook up my Apple TV. The internet was fast and never gave me any problems. Overall great experience in this spot, Id stay here again if I ever found myself working in the area again!

Perfect for nightshift

Property is a mother-in-law suite in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Separate entrance from the main house. 2 minutes to NUMC, 20 minutes to NSUH, LIJ, and Winthrop. Mall and rail stop close by. Includes furniture, well equipped kitchen with electric stove, and fundamentals such as garbage bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are present. Thoughtful and respectful landlord a huge plus.

Great neighborhood

This apartment is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Located in a very quiet neighborhood but close to everything you could possibly need. Starbucks on both ends of the street, neighborhood laundromat and DD within walking distance. The beautiful Eisenhower Park is also within close distance. I enjoyed my stay, will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Very private, quiet neighborhood, great location

This is a sweet spot, I was working at Nassau University Medical Center, and it was just a mile down the street. Bathroom is new with a nice shower. It has 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed, used one as a yoga studio. It definitely needed a few supplies in the kitchen, but all appliances work great. Internet is fast. Big driveway, so room for you to park. There is also a big backyard. Judith, the owner is a super nice person and supplied me with candles and light and made sure I was OK after a storm knocked the power out intermittently for a couple of days. I would definitely recommend.

Great Home Away from Home!

This a great little place close to so many hospitals! The place is quiet, clean and feels really private! The owner is welcoming and very accomodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The kitchen is large and has all the supplies you need and the beds are comfy. There is also plenty of storage and parking is right in front. Great place!!!
