Close to hospital

The apartment is a very good size, especially for the location and price. The building is very cool. Many of the units have been updated. This is not one of them, but it has everything you need as a traveler. It is nice to have extra room and a washer/dryer in the apartment. It is close to everything downtown. I did not have a problem with safety in the building. The main draw backs are the landlord and the parking. The landlord is only prompt when it is time for you to pay her. She does not respond to messages in a timely fashion. I did have to wait quite a while for my refundable deposit. The parking is terrible. It is a good block away from the actual apartment. It is not covered and many cars had busted windows overnight. If you can find a spot on the street after 5p or on the weekend, grab it and don't move. Weekends and nightlife downtown are bustling. It is a hassle to have to park and walk after a long day. It is kinda noisy, but not too bad. Overall, it gets four stars.
