Nice condo great owner

The condo is easy to access and in a quiet neighborhood. Safe building. Leif is easy to work with. Covered parking is a nice bonus. The condo has everything that you need for a great stay.

Great Area

Had a lovely stay at this location! It's in a beautiful, quiet area and conveniently placed: there's a Winco right next to it and the 5 freeway entrance is only a 5 minute drive away! Lastly, Leif was quick to assist us if need be and very kind. Definitely recommend !

Everything you need, in a wonderful location!

We rented this unit for our son while he completed a summer internship in Everett. It was perfect place for him to stay and for us to make frequent visits to the Seattle area to stay with him a few times while he was there. The unit location has good access to freeways and is on the edge of the cute town of Edmonds. That was our favorite place to frequent while we were there - what a surprisingly cute town and with ferry access too! Our host was very responsive, promptly returned our deposit within hours of our departure, and patiently answered all my 'Mom' questions :) The unit building is very quiet and felt very safe. It had everything we needed for a stay that felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and the entire unit was welcoming and clean. We'd happily return here if our travels bring us to this area again.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and respectful. The neighbors were friendly. We highly recommend the property.

Super Comfortable Condo

This condo made me feel completely at home ! It literally had everything I needed for cooking , washing and cleaning ! It is only a few minutes away from downtown Edmonds and waterfront . The condo and area is super clean and quiet and I was so happy and comfortable there I really didnt want to leave L never bothered me at all, yet was always just a text or phone call away and always responded quickly ! He is very kind and understanding and I highly recommend renting condo ! You will absolutely love it Im sure !

A quiet retreat

L was a great property owner. He responded to msgs in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time there. We have 2 medium sized dogs that once everyone got to know them, loved them. Its located near 2 schools so we were able to take dogs to play which good is was a huge plus! It was comfortable and welcoming. 2 blocks from Swedish Edmonds. Super convenient to everything.
