Had a peaceful and very pleasant stay.
Clean, quiet and peaceful. Landlady is quick to response. The place is not fancy but it definitely does the job. A place where you can rest after a long toxic day at work.

Second bedroom
The apartment area is quiet and safe. A little older but comfortable. D was very fast responding to our needs. The apartment is about 20 minutes drive to UIHC, which is not too bad at all to commute, plus no traffic. Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet, safe, condo.
D is a wonderful host. She has been very thoughtful and attentive. I work nights and was impressed by the black out curtains. I was also happy to see so many pillows supplied. The area is very quiet even during the day. I have enjoyed my stay and if I take another contract in this area again I would definitely stay here.

Nice and Quiet
I absolutely loved my stay here. It was quiet very nice on the inside clean nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place too anyone looking.

Quiet, comfortable, accommodating
This was a great spot to stay. Easy to get to from the hospital. It is quiet for daytime sleepers. The bed was super comfortable. D is accommodating, flexible and responds promptly. She is great at keeping you in the loop and respectful of your schedule. If I travel this way again, I would definitely pick this first.

I only stayed a month because of my travel position but I loved this property. It was very welcoming and nice for a travel nurse. I highly recommend this location if you are clean and enjoy a quiet area.

Great location for a travel assignment
I really enjoyed staying here for my recent travel assignment. Just north of Coralville but still walking distance to some restaurants, located in great neighborhood of other town homes. Close to a park / baseball diamond/ tennis court and small loop to run or roller blade! End unit leaves a nice shaded side yard for the days off to relax. Landlords are quick to respond with any questions or concerns! Great price, Id recommend this for any future short stays!!

Condo review
Very nice property in a good area. The 2 other tenants that live there are very quiet. Great to have laundry on site! The landlord Deb is very nice, and communication with her was always prompt and easy!
