Excellent location and home!

My family was so happy to find this place! So comfortable, amazing views of the mountains from the balcony, perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, deer, and tons of birds visited our yard on a daily basis. Our host was super responsive to any and all needs we had. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful views and peaceful envrionment

This was a great environment for my stay in Oregon and I really enjoyed my time here. Amazing sunset views and views of Portland from the patio, and near the Columbia River Gorge for amazing hikes and weekend trips. Great location and beautiful neighborhood, with nice walking paths through the forest nearby. I felt very safe here - environment was very relaxed and comfortable at this property. Everything I needed and it was just the right size for me - cute place, almost felt like living in a doll house in the best way. Lots of hot water, A/C, heat, and the washing machine in the unit was very nice to have. Owner was very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

AMAZING Tiny House

Living at this tiny house has been a highlight of my time in Portland. I am a travel nurse and I worked at Sunnyside Kaiser Permanente. The tiny house is a 20 min bike ride or an 8 min drive away from the hospital. You have the joys of living the Portland life but get to be outside of town. The location is perfect, you're never more than 20 minutes away from anything in PDX. The tiny house is high up on a hill that overlooks Portland at night with spectacular views. I often saw deer and coyotes, which was lovely! The tiny house is so comfortable and cozy. It was honestly the most positive travel nursing housing experience I had. The property managers K and L are beyond incredible and responsive. Very kind people. This tiny house is a sanctuary, if you have the ability to live there, DO IT!

So quiet!!

K's cottage is super quiet with a great view of all of Portland! This little cutie of a cottage has a great, functional kitchen, endless hot water and a comfortable bed. K is super responsive and attentive (and lovely). Staying at K's place during a travel contract was a steady comfort while I commuted out of town. Thumbs up!

Tranquil cottage stay

K and R were wonderful hosts who were helpful when needed and also respected my privacy. They were great about communicating and accommodating when I needed to stay a few weeks longer. They also didnt mind me working on a camper build at the time in their parking area and let me borrow a couple of their yard tools. The place is pretty much a tiny home, but creatively arranged to accommodate more than enough space for me and my cat. The patio area was also more than spacious for me to store my various equipment and use as a work area. The view overlooking the city was a lovely backdrop. Id certainly recommend to others looking for a minimalist, serene place to stay.

Very private, safe

I am a female travel nurse who travels alone. I always felt safe at K's, it is on the hill of a private drive. Parking is on property which was a plus. The cottage is small but perfect for short term stays and has everything you need. The cottage was very clean and tidy when I arrived. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the view. It is conveniently located less than a mile off major highways and close to all your shopping needs. K is very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay at this property again when I am in the area!
