Discrepancies between what was discussed before and after lease

Ive lived in several rental properties, but this is the first time Ive had to deal with a landlord who didnt follow through on what was promised before I signed the lease. From the start, she told me that she didnt come into the house oftenonly once or twice a week to grab foodbut in reality, she would frequently stay in the living room with the TV on loudly for much of the day. I also requested that her pets not be in the house, which she agreed to, but I would often come home from work to find her dog in the kitchen. Another issue was the lack of peace and quiet. Every few days, I would have to endure loud arguments between the landlord and her son, usually right in the kitchen or living room, which was very disruptive. The final straw came when she began invading my personal space. Despite me expressing that I didnt want her opening my cabinets or going through my things, she would still do so and even offer unsolicited advice on how I should organize my belongings. I understand its her property, but I was renting that space and expected a certain level of respect for my privacy, which she did not provide. There were other issues as well, but you get the point. While the place itself is nice, it's difficult to have your own space or sense of independence when the landlord constantly oversteps boundaries. If you're looking for a quiet, private living situation, this might not be the best option.

Dirty dusty rodents running around, bed bugs and ants that is what I saw. So ask for infestation report. When I asked for it my deposit was taken for last month rent and I was told to move out.
