Great location & Great Landlord

Apartment was in a great location, relatively quiet but could still walk to the grocery store, coffee shops/restaurants and the light rail! Kia was super welcoming and helpful with the move in process and gave me lots of good recommendations for food in the area! The unit I was in was technically a studio, but the bedroom was in the back and felt more like a 1 bedroom which was great! Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Seattle!

Cap Hill Condo

This was our first time with furnished finder and Kia made it such a smooth and great process for myself and my husband! Would definitely recommend this condo to any Seattle first timers based off of great location alone. The condo is perfectly located where you can have a quiet scenic walk one way and then choose a bar/restaurant the other way. I did a travel assignment at UW Northwest and the commute was an easy 15 min! Would definitely consider living here again given another assignment in the area :)

Great Stay, Comfortable, Clean, and Well-Located.

This was my second time staying at this apartment during my hospital work contract, and both experiences have been great. The unit is clean and fully furnished with everything I needed. The location is very convenient, close to Harborview Medical Center, grocery stores, and other amenities, yet quiet enough for relaxation. Kia was always communicative and quick to respond to any questions that came up during my stay. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area, and I'd gladly stay here again.

Would highly recommend renting here! I needed a short term rental and this was perfect. Kia was an excellent landlord and was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had. I would say she went above and beyond as a landlord. I loved the location - is in a quiet neighborhood but very short walk to cap hill restaurants/bars. Would definitely rent here again :)

Wonderful furnished apartment on quiet street in Cap Hill

Adamson Apartments are the perfect spot for easy access to Cap Hill, easy walk to the 1 line and steps from busses to downtown. The furnished apartment came with everything a travel Nurse needs while on assignment. K is responsive and friendly, always taking take of any questions that arose from day 1. I did not experience any major maintenance issues during my stay, but if I needed something taken care of, F was there promptly to tend to the building swiftly and professionally. I would highly recommend Adamson Apartments!

Great Experience

The landlord, K, is very understanding and accommodating. She gives quick responses with any questions and maintenance requests. The apartment is well maintained, so I did not have any malfunction in my unit including water, electricity, gas, etc. The arranged furnitures inside the unit are very useful and in great conditions. The apartment is located in the center of Cap hill, which is great for exploring the city and commuting to downtown. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that will take you to downtown directly. Also, the apartment is very quiet at night times, so I did not have any issue with noise. If you are looking for a short-term lease with fully furnished option, this is the place!

Wonderful studio in a great location!

I stayed here for 4 months and had a really positive experience. The unit itself has a good layout and doesn't feel too small. The furnishings were nice and it has a smart tv which was something I really appreciated. This whole apartment complex is very quiet and I loved the location. It's a close walk to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and a grocery store but its still a bit removed so you aren't in the most crowded part of Capitol Hill. The property manager was also easy to reach if I had questions and she was always quick to respond when I needed something. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a studio!

Lovely place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. Walkable distance to buses/train/streetcar (which I took to go to work and explore Seattle). Close to grocery stores and all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a really comfortable space that had everything you need, along with great management. If I'm ever back in Seattle this is the place I would like to stay.

Wonderful Experience (3 month lease)

Highlights: - Great location - Excellent management - Apartment included all the essentials I had a great experience renting this property in Capitol Hill. The location was great, close to downtown Capitol Hill, and everything we needed was within walking distance. K, the property manager, was great at communication and was very on top of things. I had an issue with one or two appliances, and within a day or two she had someone out to resolve the issue. I definitely recommend this property to others looking for a great property rental experience!

Great Place

Cozy and comfortable indeed. This apartment has everything you need and nothing you don't. The neighborhood is really nice and feels residential (quiet). Parking is fairly easy to find within a couple block radius and all the necessities (grocery stores, light rail, parks, etc...) are very walkable. Plus it's walking distance from the main strip of Capitol Hill with lots of great shops and restaurants. The landlady is really great, and very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Seattle and looking for a place.

studio apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill Review

This is an AMAZING apartment. I had previously been living in a large townhome and was worried about adjusting to a smaller place. My worries melted away once I saw the apartment. It is a great size and has literally everything you need. You get the best of both worlds with the neighborhood. Its quiet, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. At the same time it is legit less than a 10 minute walk to all the action you can think of happening on cap hill. I only left because I moved out of Washington. If I were to move back to seattle this would be the first place I would look into! Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves, and the landlord is the most accommodating landlord I have ever had!

Excellent!

I had a pleasure to live in one of the furnished units for a few months. The unit was on a smaller size (425sq ft or ~40sq meters), but it's a 1 bedroom with a good layout which makes it feel larger that it really is. The unit is bright, comes fully furnished and was clean when I got it. The location has all you need in a walking distance: ~12min to a major grocery store, 15min to a subway station, right next to a bus stop and 2 min away from a large park. The only drawback I can think of is heating, which only turns on twice a day and cannot be controlled in the unit. The management & maintenance team are excellent and made all the difference. k was very responsive and addressed some minor issues that came up promptly, and she even offered to buy any things I need to live in the unit comfortably. For the professionals among us, the unit comes with ~80down/6up Mbps (real-life speeds) Internet which is enough for video conferencing and all but the most intense work.
