Best apartment in AVL, in my opinion!

Hi! I lived in this studio for two years. It was by far my favorite apartment I've ever lived in - perfect walkable location, charming neighborhood, nice new appliances, comfy bed, peaceful energy, and the kindest, most responsive landlords. I only moved out because I was moving in with my partner, otherwise I would've never given this place up. I am jealous of whoever gets it next! : )

great place!!!!

This studio is absolutely adorable!! Has everything needed for a long term stay. The neighborhood is a cute and safe area (multiple nights on accident I left my door and or car unlocked and had zero safety issues). Mission Hospital is an easy 8 min drive (for night shift). Blue Ridge parkway is a short distance away and just amazing to drive and hike different trails. Bill and Susan are such wonderful people - they give you space when needed and/or just a knock away from any help if needed. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.
