So good we extended for almost a year

We are glad we stayed in this place and thanks to Teresa for being attentive to our needs. were supposed to stay for 3 months but decided to extend for almost a year now. highly recommended!

Great place to stay

I stayed here for 3 months during the summer and I highly recommend this place. It is in a good location and is gated so I felt safe and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The inside was comfortable and well furnished, and the kitchen was fully functional.

The Perfect Hidden Gem

The owner and his management team took excellent care of me during my stay. Extremely professional and courteous every time I talked with them. The bungalows are nicely renovated with a modern design and feel. It was perfect for me and an occasional guest. The place has everything you need, including in the kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi and I enjoyed using the breakfast bar as my work spot. The property itself is safe with its own secure gates and tall wooden fences. Anytime I had even the slightest issue, they resolved it immediately. For example, electronic door lock and the newer AC unit. Fixed within hours! I would definitely stay there again. They honored their word on everything they ever said. And that means a great deal to me. As with anywhere you live, always be aware of your surroundings when you walk late at night to the old strip. The whole Fremont scene is experiencing an urban renewal and is looking great. All the best, M

Great place to stay in Vegas!

I am a traveling RN who was working at a hospital in Vegas on a contract and I found this property on Furnished Finder. It was my first time using Furnished Finder and I am glad I did. The Bungalow I rented was 1 of 4 and was fully furnished. I had plates, pans etc with me but realized that the Bungalow came with everything from plates, cooking utensils, pans, towels, bedding, etc., which was a very nice touch. There was also a washer/dryer laundry room free of charge to the guests staying at the Bungalow which was convenient. Overall I was very comfortable staying here; my neighbors in the other 3 units were also very nice. The property is walking distance from downtown and the Fremont experience with restaurants, bars, and casinos all a couple blocks away. The property management (P and T) were very kind and accommodating to any needs I had. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice clean place close to both Fremont and the Strip to consider staying here! :) -S

Great place to stay!!

If ever I do a travel assignment in Vegas, I hope to stay at this property again. Everything was well maintained, I felt very safe, and it's located near several great places where the locals hang out. The property manager is personable and very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

Everything about this place was welcoming and easy. Getting set up for the rental was straight forward and simple. The place was comfortable and cozy to where it felt like home. The location is perfect! A quick walk to so many good restaurants. The property manager was responsive and helpful when I had a question or concern. I would stay here again and recommend it to others who are coming to the Las Vegas area!

Cute, clean, and safe

The bungalow is very cute and cozy with plenty of storage in the walk-in closet, a large bathroom, and an updated kitchen. The location is downtown but the complex is gated and well-lit and I always felt safe, and management was helpful and quick to respond when I had any questions. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and I enjoyed staying here - I would highly recommend it.

Downtown Las Vegas Bungalow

Absolutely loved this property! Im sad to leave. Perfect size and layout. I loved the design elements and appreciated that it contained all that I could need ie kitchen utensils, bedding etc. Every visitor Ive had raved about how cute it is! The property manager is great as well; kind and ultra helpful. Highly recommend:)

Beautiful Bungalow Oasis

The property listed is as gorgeous or even more exquisite in person. The process of getting in touch with the property manager to completing the paperwork for the lease was extremely smooth and took less than a day to complete. My home was in another state so I was unable to do a walk through of the unit but the property manager was extremely accommodating and allowed me to view the property via Facetime. I even arrived a day early and was allowed to move in earlier than my scheduled move in date. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!
