Fantastic Stay!

Kevin was a great host. The condo is very beautiful with high end touches and appliances. The condo has everything you need for a long stay. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and walkable, with restaurants close by. The apartment has two dedicated parking spaces in the rear of the building. The other tenants/condo owners in the building are extremely friendly. The condo has all needed utensils/pots/air fryer/coffee machine/microwave/oven/ for cooking. The beds are comfortable, and you have control of the heat/air in the unit with a nest thermostat. The bathroom is very large with a double vanity. I really enjoyed my stay for a month and would have stayed longer but I had to find a unit that accepts pets. Again, Kevin was a great host and is easily accessible if you have any questions or need anything for the unit. Lastly, the unit is in a secure building and is very quiet.

Condo Review

This property was our favorite place to stay during our assignment. Quiet neighborhood(perfect for daytime sleeping after nightshift). Two designated parking spots, central air that worked wonderfully. Comfy beds & extra linens/pillows. Stocked kitchen. Close drive into the Longwood Medical area. Landlord was super responsive and easy to deal with. Definitely would stay here again if our contracts ever brought us back to Boston!

Dix Street Dorchester

very nice clean unit, accessible to public transportation and mear to Tufts medical facility. neighborhood is quiet. overall stay was very pleasant and good. highly recommended
