Tanya is the best!

One of the most relaxing places I've ever stayed. Tanya was the absolute best out there. The home is clean and tidy, ample parking and great hospitality. After a few years away i still appreciate her friendship.

Cozy room

It is a very cozy room and is equipped with everything you need. Tanya is very nice, big heart, and a great landlord. You barely notice her teen boys, they come down from their room when theyre hungry. Omg and the dog definitely a plus she is soo sweet and adorable. You do need to share a bathroom but you have your space and it felt private enough for me. The house was an hour from my job but it was worth the drive. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my time there. Its perfect for a traveler or for short term living situation. Would definitely recommend!!!

A convenient place to stay on a budget

Great place to rent while working in the area! The neighborhood is quiet/safe. Landlord is a great communicator and very good at baking. Love the spacious kitchen and a small fridge in the room for drinks. Ample parking space in the driveway. I'll rent this room again if I come back to work in the area.

Home away from home

Great house with all the amenities. Spacious room and full use of kitchen and bathrooms. Family very welcoming and sweet loving dog lives here. I had an amazing experience. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Wonderful place to stay away from home

I had a wonderful experience staying here for the entire length of my contract. The house is clean and the pool was a big plus. The owner T was amazing. She treated me like a friend and I had a good time with her. I showed up and she had a welcome basket for me with mini toiletries and a sheet of info which i loved. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Nice stay

T's house has pretty much everything youll need for your assignment. Full access to kitchen, a large lounge area upstairs with a pool table and ping pong. I shared a bathroom with her twins boys which was upstairs. Overall everything was as described in her listing. She has a lovely home, a sweet pup that Ill miss, a nice pond with some fish and the neighbor chickens come to visit. She is accommodating and a very nice lady! The house is in a semi busy area right outside of Lowell, tucked away on a side road. Its not secluded but the area does offer some nice walking trails in the woods across the street.

Great stay

T was a great host. She is kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. She made sure I had what I needed, was accommodating, attentive and made sure I felt right at home. The room is extremely spacious (I stayed downstairs and shared a bathroom with host) and had plenty of storage. I stayed during the summer months and when I asked, window AC units were put in right away. Taking solo walks in/around the neighborhood was something I did often and felt safe doing so. I would definitely stay at T's again.

Best room I have ever rented!

T is an amazing host and great person. We became quick friends. The house is wonderful, the rooms are plenty big, and you have access to an amazing kitchen and outdoor areas. I would recommend this home to anyone I know and if you are in the area I recommend renting here!

Buyer Beware

Tried to contact several times before arrival. Does NOT answer or return calls. Cancelled contract for a number of reasons. Owner said she would give me my money back. After I left of course she changed her story. I did not sign any lease. The fridge in my room was full of water and had dead flies in it. Under the bed appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time although lease states it must be done once a month. Covered in dust and trash. Upstairs bedroom with no central air. Portable units available once it gets hot. Believe me it was hot! There were also large ants in this room. If low to mediocre and cheap for the area are what youre looking for, this is the place for you. One night was plenty for me .

Great place to stay!

This is a very comfy, cozy place to stay. The home is big and spacious with all the amenities one would need. T and her boys are great! They were very respectful of my sleep schedule and made sure house was quiet enough to some good zzzzzs in between my night shift. Home was very clean and room had all I needed including a mini fridge for snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this place. My first travel assignment....which I hope are all like this one. Left there with a great first traveling experience and made a new friend. I hope to return in the summer time to enjoy the pool and their company.

Great location and comfortable, welcoming place to call home.

T and her boys were nothing but welcoming as soon as I got into Dracut for my first travel assignment. I couldn't have asked for a better host! I always felt welcome in her space, had plenty of room to rest and relax, and was able to enjoy the pool during the nice summer weather. The house is very clean and well kept. T does a great job taking care of her property and her tenants. You will definitely have a great experience if you decide to stay here!

Beautiful home & amazing owner

This property was absolutely incredible and T made my stay there unforgettable. The house was very clean and welcoming from the moment I first walked it and T was always great to hang out with and talk to. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. I had an amazing experience living here and would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely Place, Lovely People

Tanya and her boys are awesome hosts. Tanya is kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She was very attentive and willing to make sure I felt right at home. The room is spacious with nice recliner, desk, dresser, tv and mini fridge. She was around if I was up to company and talking but left me alone if that is what I preferred as well. The surrounding area is nice and I felt very safe. I took many solo walks through the neighborhood. I truly enjoyed my time at this property and would stay here again and again.

Amazing!

Tanya Is an extremely kind and gracious host and made me feel completely welcome and part of the family. She goes out of her way for her guests and is always improving on things! While I was there she added a hot tub to her property. (In addition to the salt water pool, pool table, ping pong table, koi pond, and hammocks). The bedrooms are large and the beds are more comfortable than my own (seriously!)! I wish I could have stayed longer but I will be back and have made a friend for life in the process! Thank you so much for everything Tanya!

Wonderful Host and Home!

Tanya was an amazing host! She went out of her way to make sure my accommodations were suitable for me and that I was comfortable. Beautiful house with plenty of room for her family and her guests. I felt like I was one of the family. Tanya and her family made it a great first time traveling nurse experience. If I ever go back to that area to work again I will definitely stay there again if available.

Welcoming

Tanya was very welcoming and an excellent host! She is very sociable and bubbly. Amazing property with a pool to relax by and a nice neighborhood for a walk. I will definitely stay there again when Im back in town!

Superhostess!

Tanja made my stay very comfortable. The house is clean and the family is very nice. The room is a good size, with a bed, couch and TV. Overall, it was a peaceful stay. I would highly recommend this rental. :)

Excellent Host

My fiance and I stayed with Tanya Herrick and during the time we were there she made it feel like home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed Tanya's place for the time we were there. If we are ever back in that area for work we would stay there again. Tanya's house offers a lot of amenities that made the stay very comfortable.
