We loved this little cottage. It was our home away from home during our local contracts. We unintentionally ended up staying here almost 2 years. Easy access to downtown, highways, shops, and majority of hospitals. Very spacious 2 bedroom with everything you need. Although there is driveway, which is connected to a busy street- we hardly used it since there was plenty of street parking. Both front and backyard are huge-and well maintained during the summer. Includes a washer and dryer, which made it very convenient. Anytime we had issues with the heater or cooling system, Heidi responded right away.

Cute and Cozy!!

I just LOVED staying at this property! Plenty of space for one or two! Great midtown location! Minutes from downtown. Place is furnished with everything you need, including dishes, trash cans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, and more. Cute decor everywhere! Quiet neighbors, big back yard. My pup loved it too. Don't miss this property. You won't be disappointed!

Great home

This was a great 2 bed, 1 bath with a nice large fenced in backyard. Nicely renovated home, cozy for yourself and family. The kitchen had very nice appliances and an awesome gas stove. Kitchen has a coffee maker and a tea kettle and a nice array of basic pots/pans. The pillows and comforters are very nice and warm. Nice large Smart TV in the living room and Wifi is good for streaming. The drive way is on a busy road, but they have poured a nice extra pad that is used to turn around to pull in/out. Very close to multiple Tulsa attractions and multiple shopping centers less than 15 miles away. There is a nice privacy fence facing the busy road that adds value and is nice for extra privacy (possibly not pictured on this listing).
