Best property i've ever stayed at
Marsha was a fantastic hostess and always made me feel comfortable. The property is clean and in a beautiful area. It was fantastic having a private kitchenette and bathroom. i was lucky to have found this place, I would recommend it to anybody and given a chance I would rent here again

Great place!
This basement is perfect for a traveling professional working around the Littleton area. Close to downtown and easy access to just about anywhere in Denver. The mountains and lots of state parks are nearby too. The basement is spacious and super-clean and it has everything you need to live comfortably for three months or even longer. With two bedrooms, the basement in big enough for traveling partners or a couple. It's in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of shops and restaurants. M**** is a great host who respects your privacy and treats you more like a houseguest than a tenet. And don't worry about upstairs noise. There is none. I can't say enough good things about my time there.

Excellent accommodations, wonderful hospitality. Very cozy
This property is a wonderful one bedroom setup with many amenities, and a good sized kitchen, dining and living area. There is also easy access to laundry, which is a great bonus. This home is placed in a quiet and safe location that is located close to almost anything you could need for shopping or eating. M, the owner of the property is very welcoming, and has created a lovely place that is suitable for anyone looking to spend an extended stay in Littleton. 5 stars from me!
