Fantastic place!

This townhouse is everything stated and then some! I was there for a year and loved it! Peaceful and beautiful. The unit inside and out is exactly as pictured. I did not see it before move in and had no surprises. Owners very responsive and super nice. If I was in the market to move I would move into this community. Very safe community. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Simply Outstanding

The property was extremely well furnished in a beautiful condo complex with a nautical theme and was very quiet and peaceful. The complex is very well maintained with convenient snow removal in the winter months and outstanding lawn maintenance throughout the year. The unit has a nice size rear deck that overlooks a small pond, a great place to unwind after a busy day at work or to enjoy an evening with friends. The unit has 3 large screen TVs, very comfortable furniture throughout with a very nice size garage that has an entrance to the kitchen. The unit is in walking distance of Eagle Creek Park and Reservoir, so if your into the outdoors then this is the place for you. The owner C and her husband are very attentive to your needs, a simple phone call or text and they will address any problem immediately. Very well satisfied with their response. When I am in Indianapolis again and this unit is available it will be my first choice. AN OUTSTANDING PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!

Great place

Peaceful community to enjoy for several months. Condo furnishings looked just like the photo. We stayed here during Covid19 and it worked well for a work at home duration as we built a new house. Property owner is accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend to friends if they needed somewhere to stay.
