best landlord!

Karyn was an amazing host throughout my four month stay at this cute little studio. She was very accommodating throughout my experience and also so kind every time we ran into each other. I had everything I needed during my stay including a space heater when it got to the colder months, kitchen amenities, a safe parking space in the driveway, and washer/dryer. This spot really felt like home as she did a great job designing a comfortable living space. I would've loved to stay here longer if it was within my capabilities with work location. Also, the location was close to many shops and restaurants, and close to the freeway which made for great convenience. Great stay for a reasonable price in North County, highly recommend!(:

Not worth it

K is very friendly but this place needs some work. First, its infested with spiders (and a few silverfish) which are not always easy to spot due to the filthy carpet. Id excuse this because of the somewhat low price but its not as low as it seems. If you want a good magic show just watch K make fees appear out of nowhere. There was $500 security deposit (which she then claimed is non-refundable as I went to move out) and $100 cleaning fee added AFTER i moved in and paid the first months rent with no mention of it before. Not to mention the ridiculous and in no way justifiable $50 per day charge to have a guest over. Also dont say theres a parking spot for me when half of the time your guests are parked there already. Also I hope you have unlimited data because the internet is abysmally slow if it works at all. Im convinced its dial-up. Oh and plug your nose if you go near the washing machine I have no idea what she puts in there : comes with fridge, freezer, sink

Cute stay

Cute place to stay and near shops. Can get very hot in the summer time so AC was a must which it does have. The renters are very nice. Street parking can be difficult if you have a guest. Visitors who are having guests stay over are required to pay a visitors fee

Cozy and convenient location

Very kind and considerate hosts, the unit is clean, comfortable and close to the village.

Wonderful hostess

Great parking, privacy and convenient shopping. Close to highway. Will definitely visit again. Thank you ladies.
