Couldn't be better

I can't thank Ron and his wife enough for being so accommodating. As a travel healthcare worker you couldn't ask for a better place. 2 blocks from the water and trails, 10 min drive from transportation downtown or expressway, and all necessities within the home.

Perfect home away from home!

I stayed in this rental for close to a year while working at Seattle Children's Hospital. It is in a perfect location - a two-minute walk to the bus stop, and a short drive to grocery stores, Magnuson Park, and a nearby gym. The neighborhood feels very safe and great for taking evening strolls near the water. It is also about a 10-minute walk to the Meadowbrook Pond, which has a nice walking trail where you can see a lot of wildlife. The unit had everything I needed and felt like home. The landlords are very kind and ensure that you feel comfortable and welcome. The unit is very quiet and peaceful. If you are moving to the area and are undecided on where to stay, this rental is truly perfect. I enjoyed my time living there and am very grateful to the landlords for creating this beautiful space.

convenient location

I stayed at this property while doing a contract at UW. The location is great and convenient to shopping. The unit is updated and very quiet. The property owners are some of the best people I have met, and made staying here extremely comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Seattle!

Long Term Tenant

R and M are amazing people! R has done an amazing job making the basement look really nice and modern. Its a great space with lots of room. The property is well maintained and in a good location. I really enjoyed my time living here and if in the area ever again would stay! Highly recommend.
