Lovely house and kind neighbors

We stayed at Judy and Brian's after moving to Anchorage with the Air Force and while house hunting for our permanent home. Their place was perfect for my husband and me, two cats, and a dog. They leave 2 roomy bedrooms available for your use and 2.5 bathrooms. It was a perfect location for me to get to JBER and my husband to get to his job. The neighborhood is very nice, friendly people. Our immediate neighbors were wonderful and we were sad to move away from them! Judy was very responsive to any of our questions and they were very flexible regarding our move-out date, which was super helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at this townhouse 4 times since 2014. It is a terrific family home that is in a lovely Anchorage subdivision and close to shopping, bike trails, and all of what Anchorage has to offer as Alaska's biggest city. We make good use of their bicycles, as a major bike trail is accessible around the corner from the house. The kitchen is perfect, as we are into cooking big time. It is spacious and has a very nice fenced-in patio.The owners did a great renovation when they purchased the townhouse in 2014 and we stayed there right after they acquired it. We highly recommend it!
