Wonderful Experience!

10/10, great experience overall! The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout my 5 month stay, which made it easy to feel at home. The few house rules are all very reasonable. David and his family were great hosts - friendly, sweet, responsive, and respectful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better! Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again whenever I need accommodations in the area. Highly recommend! Thank you David!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I rented here for 3 months. The room was very cozy and spacious. The home is impeccable. The house rules are reasonable. Dave is a wonderful landlord . He is attentive, helpful, and friendly. If I ever work in this area again, I will be renting from Dave again. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you again David!

Wonderful Stay in Cherry Hill

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this property in Cherry Hill. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I truly felt at home. The bathroom and laundry room were also clean, organized, and well kept. The location is fantastic!! It's one of the best parts! Its safe, convenient, and close to all the major shopping centers and great restaurants in Cherry Hill. Everything is nearby, which is such a great advantage. My experience with the landlord was truly appreciated. He is kind, responsive, and helpful, which made my stay even better. I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. If I could, Id definitely live here again. This place is amazing in every way, and I highly recommend it. Thank you for having me!! :)

Fantastic Stay with a Wonderful Host

I highly recommend this place ! I stayed here for a couple of months, and I feel so lucky to have found it. The house is spotless, well-furnished with quality furniture, and very safe. My room was spacious, the bathroom was excellent, and everything was kept in great condition. The owner takes wonderful care of the property and truly makes it feel like home. Its very quiet at night, and the location is fantastic, close to Philadelphia with plenty of major stores and shopping centers nearby, which made living here very convenient. Most importantly, the owner is amazing. He is extremely friendly, attentive, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and at home. I cant recommend this place enough!

Good property in Relaxed Neighborhood

I stayed at this property for two months during a clinical rotation in Philadelphia. The house and room were very clean, was a very nice neighborhood, and conveniently located close to Philly. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I recommend this property to any medical students or professionals!

Tha property is clean and spacious. The owner is attentive to my needs. I have no problem with parking. Property is very safe and secured. Close to the hospital where I had a contract.

Home away from home

D home is nice and clean and in a good neighborhood. He is a great man and a great host, if there is ever anything you need let him know and he is more than happy to help. Please know that until work is done, you can't fry food's. As long as you are considerate of others & you take care of his home, you will enjoy your stay.

My stay in NJ

This is a lovely rental property located about 6 miles from The hospital Where I worked. Close (2miles) to wonderful grocery stores, restaurants, and retail. There is a nice big driveway for off-street parking. My room was clean, comfortable, private and cozy. The landlord is very hospitable and friendly! Highly recommended

My horrible experience

So i had the worst experience ever staying here. Over the phone i was told the only two house rules was no pork . No shoes in the house and i get there after signing my paper work no fried foods and no company okay fine. So i saut my food in olive oil then put it in the oven. The owner proceeds to get angry . Complaining about the cooking and states i shouldve said no heavy cooking. Its a thunderstorm hes opening all of the windows, opening the doors. After this i felt very uncomfortable. I ended my stay short. Didnt receive a refund for the rest of the month even though i only stay for a total of 4 nights .

Enjoy Your Stay

This home is nice and clean. D is a great host. He's a great man. Please know that until work is done, you can't fry food's. If you don't eat fried foods, you'll be fine. As long as you are considerate of others & you take care of his home, you will enjoy your stay. I did. To echo the sentiment of others, if it isn't there, he'll get it for you. Enjoy your stay.

Owner very accommodating; for example I love coffee and he did not have this appliance in his home so he promptly purchased one for me. His home was immaculate and all cleaning supplies available so tenants could maintain this level of cleanliness. If there was an item needing to be repaired in his home, the task was done in a timely fashion. Area very spacious and home like.

Home away from home

Very spacious unit, comfortable, clean environment and peace of mind. Host is friendly and very accommodating. If you are at Camden, Cherry hill and its immediate environs, Give David a call.

Amazing Stay

Great Location, clean and comfortable. Host make you feel like at home. Its close to everything, Wegmans, Cherry Hill Mall, Hospitals and 10 minutes away from Penns Landings ( Central Philly). Highly recommended for everyone looking for a convenient stay.
