Fantastic studio
I lived here for 9 months, and had a wonderful stay. Thalea communicates very well, responds quickly, and was always helpful. The apartment was very clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, and furnished with everything that I needed - and even some things I didn't know I would want! The houshold is extremely pleasant, and neighborhood very quiet and safe. I highly recommend it!

Perfect
This was a great rental unit! I stayed for about 6 months, any time I had to contact Thalea(owner), she would respond very promptly, even when she was on vacation in Greece. The room is as described, comfortable bed that I slept great on. Nice size tv too. Very quiet, you may hear other tenants walking above you, but nothing egregious. You can't go wrong renting this unit!

Great place, great owner!
I stayed here for an internship with Duke University. It was a great experience. The room is quite dark with no windows which made it great for sleeping. It was very quiet and private. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner was super helpful and friendly. The owner always lets you know they are coming into the shared utilities space beforehand and the kitchen area was very nice as well. It had all the furnishings and amenities necessary.

Perfect for night shifters
I stayed here for almost 6 months while on contract at UNC. It was absolutely perfect! I work nights and it was quiet even when the owner or other tenants were home. Super close to Duke of course but the commute to Chapel Hill is convenient as well. Highly recommend 10/10!

Absolutely wonderful property
This was the perfect living space for my short stay in Durham. The studio apartment was newly built and furnished. Everything was very nice and the space was cozy, quiet and offered just enough privacy. It was in a perfect location, being a less than 10 minute drive to Duke University Medical. Thalea was a gracious host and was very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again if in the area.
