Nice Property, Loud Dogs

Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and gyms. Parking is tight, so if you have a car, go with the paid garage parking option. Be prepared for noise - the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors' conversations (among other things) and vice versa. There is an extremely loud, large, unruly dog above this unit that continuously barks and jumps off furniture, causing a loud thud on the hardwood floors. Property management doesn't enforce building's pet policy.
