Hidden Gem

Im a traveling nurse that stayed at this beautiful apartment It had EVERYTHING I needed and much more than I expected. M and W were awesome hosts, although, I didnt see them much. They were readily available by text/call. I recommend this charming and upgraded home away from home. I will definitely stay again if available in my travels to California.

Great stay at a great place with great hosts!

Very comfortable ADU and very hospitable hosts! This is a 1 bedroom apartment attached to the main house. The neighborhood is new and safe; there are tons of parks and green space in the area for walks and biking; there are lots of grocery stores, etc. in the area for your convenience; and the property is about 10min from the freeway. As for the apartment, it's updated, and very comfortable for one. The bed and linens were super comfy and so was the couch. The bathroom was spacious and had lots of storage, a ~9ft closet, and a bathtub. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, etc. youll need. The dishwasher is also a nice perk! The only downside about the unit is that there is no laundry. Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable Nest

I stayed for a three month contract. The apartment is just as described and pictured. Clean, modern and comfortable. It's conveniently located to everything in town, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. W** and M** were very accommodating, helpful and kind. They were always quick to respond to questions. It was such a joy to cook in a fabulous kitchen, have use of a spacious bathroom and sleep on a comfortable mattress. Highly Recommend!

Clean, quiet, and friendly owners

I stayed here for an internship for physical therapy school and was very satisfied with my stay. The apartment is VERY clean with everything you need available (clean towels, dishware/silverware, pots/pans, blender, coffee pot, smart TV and plenty of storage). Located in a nice newer neighborhood and very quiet. The owners are very friendly and accommodating to anything you may need. Wendy would even drop of vegetables at the door from their backyard garden! Highly recommend staying here if you are in need of a short term rental in Vacaville.

Do not stay here

I stayed here a month and i chose it because it was a good location but upon leaving the host charged me $80 for touch up paint and a missing spoon that was not on property when I arrived. She did not give me a chance to replace the spoon myself. She did not send me pictures of the areas needed paint touch ups and I was only there a month working 4 nights a week and only slept at the premises, so paint damage is unlikely. She also took a month to send me deposit back and did it communicate with me until I asked for it. 0/5 stars do not stay here. It may look nice but there are 15 rules you have to follow and they will charge you for their upkeep when you leave.
