Great experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about Jim and this condo rental! I was here for the summer for an internship and this was the perfect place for me and my roommate. The condo is 10-15 minutes from pretty much anything. There is a nice park within walking distance and plenty of restaurants/coffee shops etc within a short drive away. The condo is spacious and has a ton of natural light. We loved that there was a large common area, but the bedrooms are separated so we each have private bed/bath space. Jim was incredibly responsive to any needs we had (the apartment was super well kept, so we didn't really have any issues).

A Houston Gem!

My month-long stay at this condo was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the the breathtaking view of downtown Houston from the living room. I was left speechless by the mesmerizing cityscape that greeted me each day! The condo's location couldn't have been better. Its proximity to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Security measures were evident, contributing to a sense of safety throughout the complex. The friendly neighbors and the welcoming atmosphere they created were another aspect that I truly appreciated! Last but certainly not least, Jim was truly exceptional! His communication was prompt and helpful from the start, making the entire process seamless! He was attentive to any questions or needs I had during my stay, going above and beyond to ensure comfort! Overall, my experience at this condo was nothing short of remarkable! 10/10 Highly Recommend!
