5 Stars
April was a great host during my entire stay in Utah. Her place provided all the necessities and was conveniently located next to many stores such as target and costco. It was also a short drive from my rotation, which made for a perfect commute. I was also able to study for my boards as the environment was quiet. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, quiet place.
5 star stay!
This property was absolutely perfect for my clinical rotation in Utah, and I would recommend it to anyone! April was a wonderful hostwelcoming, responsive, and proactive with any maintenance needs. The leasing process was seamless from start to finish. The property is well-kept, well-lit, and conveniently locatedeverything you need (grocery stores, gym, etc.) is within a five-minute drive, making it ideal for commuters. The space itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. Highlights for me included the amazing shower with great water pressure and endless hot water, and a bed that truly feels like sleeping on a cloud. All of which are needed after a long day at work or if you're coming straight from the slopes. Duncan, one of the furry butlers, was a treat and made a dog-lover like me feel right at home as I love a smiling and wagging face welcoming me home.
Second Stay in Suite
This space has become a "home away from home." This is my 2nd stay in the suite. My first visit was in Winter 2022; I was a doctoral student studying for board exams while completing clinical rotations. This time, I returned while completing a contract and planning a move out-of-state (Fall 2024-Winter 2025). A is welcoming, communicative, and accommodating. She is respectful of the space but also open to engage in conversation and share local recommendations. Shes genuinely thoughtful, even sharing Christmas decorations during the holiday season. Our relationship now feels more like that of friends or family. The space itself is functional with a well-stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom, on-site laundry, and a covered carport. The suite served as my base for outdoor activities, including hiking & backpacking. I would highly recommend this space to anyone (especially if you enjoy a greeting from two friendly pups). If Im ever in SLC again, I will reach out again.
My stay
This was a very nice place to stay. The location was great. The only problem I had is the noise. Its a basement an with dogs running up early everyday an parking I couldn't sleep in on my days off or when I come in from a long day. The host was great ,but like I said noise was to much for me..
Very clean and welcoming!!
This is an amazing place to stay! April was very thoughtful and always ready to help while still respectful of my space. The property is very well kept and is a safe environment. I stayed for four months while on an internship and the adorable and welcoming space was always a relief to come home to after a long day at work! Dishes, towels, cleaning supplies, games, and other novelties are provided. Great experience overall!! :)))
Travel OT
A was extremely accommodating to work with for my 1 month stay while I was awaiting my other living arrangement to be ready. Her and her son are very friendly and respectful of your space. It was plenty warm in the winter even though it was a basement apartment. The appliances are in great shape and the bed is super comfortable! If you work the night shift, the bedroom stays plenty dark so you will have no problem sleeping during the day. Having a parking space under the car port was very convenient. Her dogs are adorable! They will greet you every time you come and go so must love dogs.
Highly recommend
Great location and clean space ! Very friendly host. Dogs are a bonus as well! The space feels like home and close to hospitals. Would recommend to a friend !
Physical Therapy Clinical Rotation
This suite was a perfect place to feel settled and "at home." A is incredibly welcoming and accommodating of her guests. She maintains excellent communication to ensure the suite is comfortable. I was completing my final rotation of physical therapy school; this quiet space served as a perfect place for hours and hours of studying. A was always willing to share local dining and recreation recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again! I couldn't recommend a better place in the area.
Travel RN extended stay
Had a great time staying here! Hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. I worked nightshift and they were extremely accommodating/self aware of that (which is not easy)! Incredibly appreciative of this place and the folks I got to stay with while here. Super kind and would definitely recommend!
