Excellent location and responsive owner!

The North Beacon Hill location is quiet and close to the link station, restaurants, a beautiful park, and grocery stores. The price is great for the size of the two-bedroom unit and its spacious common area. The landlord is very responsive and quickly fixes any maintenance issues. There are other tenants in other units on the property but they are all very respectful and help each other collect packages, manage shared laundry machine use, etc. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Fantastic 12-wk stay!

Came out to Seattle for a 12-week internship and needed a place that was homey and had everything provided. Location is very convenient: easy access to I-5 to get to anywhere in the city including the east side. Residential parking is available and typically not that difficult to find! Throughout the whole process from reserving the place to moving out, Herman and Angela responded to our every need. They are trustworthy and responsible landlords. The space itself was very cute, with lots of decor that added a subtle touch to the place. Even though the place does not come with A/C, there are fan vents and windows that can be swung open. Seattle does not get super hot in the summer anyway, so I didn't find it unbearable at all. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is coming out for a short-term or long-term stay!

1 year at cute spacious apartment

I really enjoyed my stay here in Beacon Hill, Seattle. Its super close to heaps of fun, highly rated restaurants and a brewery within walking distance as well as nearby gas stations, grocery stores, Jefferson Park and the 5. My drive to HMC was my favorite as it was a quick 10 min with a great view of the city and I didnt even have to get on the freeway! 2 comfy beds with cotton linens were great for me and any guests I had. Bathroom has a tub. Living room was spacious, plenty of seating areas. The kitchen had everything I needed. Theres a little backyard to hang out in as well and a grill that worked great! H and A were responsive landlord/hosts with no question or concern left unanswered. I would highly recommend this rental and even stay here again if I found myself on another contract in Seattle. The neighbors on the property were really friendly and quiet as well, all working professionals.

Honest review

I stayed at Hs apartment while I was a travel nurse at Harborview for two years between 2020-2022. I rate this apartment a 10/10. The location is perfect for commuting to any of the hospitals in Seattle. My commute to Harborview medical center was about a ten minute drive. There is also ample street parking available. If you do not have a car there is a bus route and the light rail station only a few blocks away! The neighborhood is located right next to Jefferson park. I loved having close access to go to the park for walks. There are multiple Amazing restaurants and coffee shops just steps away and a red apple market for grocerys right down the street. The apartment itself has a washer and drier on-site, refrigerator with a water filter, dishwasher and keypad entry. It is decorated nicely and feels like home! I was sad to leave Seattle and my temporary home at Hs apartment in north beacon hill. If I were to return to Seattle I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely stay

My friend and I lived here during our travel nurse assignments and loved it! We were close to the highway to get to the hospitals and close to the light rail to take to and from the airport. Also walking distance to cute restaurants/coffee shops in Beacon Hill. H and his wife were great hosts and very responsive. We even tried to stay again when we returned to Seattle but sadly it was booked already.

Cozy two bedroom

The place is super adorable and so close to restaurants and bars. Its a quick commute to the airport and 15 mins to downtown with traffic. A and H are great hosts and very responsive to any issues that could arise. Also plus the light rail is super making commuting a dream. 10/10 would stay here again.
