Travel Nurse: 3 Month Stay

I enjoyed my stay in Kim's cute studio. It has all the basic amenities that you need. The area is safe and quiet. Kim is very sweet and responsive whenever you have any concerns or needs.

Cozy unit

This is a clean and cozy unit which is very close to the airport. I stayed from January through December. Kim responds quickly to any request or concerns. I requested a bigger refrigerator and received it without any issues or delays. I was welcomed to partake of the vegetable garden that her friend planted. The unit is close to gas stations, restaurants, supermarkets, and the free way. I recommend this place.

Beautiful cozy place

I stayed here while I was working at Trios Health for 7 months and loved it. The house is warm and cozy with a fenced backyard so you can let your dog run around. K is a wonderful hostess and keeps you informed of whats going on at all times and if theres a problem shes got it fixed in a timely fashion. Theres not a lot of street noise so if your working night shift like I was you wont be woken up.

Ive been here now for going on 7 months. Im a travel nurse at Trios in Kennewick and its a 9 minute commute WITH traffic. Admittedly, I was initially concerned driving down road 32. There are some homes that dont look properly cared for. THIS place ISNT one of them. K is a lovely host. Always a kind word and easy to reach as she is on site. I was amazed at how comfortable I was in such a short time. K loves dogs and her hope is that damage isnt done to the new floors. Fair request. Ive used both PayPal and cash to pay my rent and both worked out beautifully. I cant more highly recommend K and her lovely NAUTICAL CASITA. Youre just blocks from the walking trails at the Columbia river, road 68 has a planet fitness, Walgreens, Walmart super center and a Yokes Fresh Market. There are oodles of restaurants dine in and fast food. If youre a Starbucks fan youve got it here. But dont miss out on trying Dutch Brothers and Black Rock Coffee. Theres a sweet 911 memorial in a park near trios that I found brought peace as Im an east coaster. Walla walla Washington and Pendleton Oregon are short drives for a day trip. If you dont have a bicycle then get one. Biking trails are abundant and beautiful. I will absolutely come back to K's Nautical Casita. Its the only place for me in tri cities. Well stocked with the comforts of home. Plenty of dishwater, glasses, flat wear and sheets. No stove. I use a Tovala smart oven and the abundance of small kitchen appliances K provides. Electric fry pan, microwave, small air fryer, large and small crockpot, smoothie mixer, coffee maker etc. Ive not once missed having a stove. The price is super fair and location so convenient. Love this place and will most assuredly be back again.

A great place to stay

Staying at this property was the best decision I made in the Tri-Cities area!!! The area is quite. Close to the airport and all of Pasco's restaurants. The property owner K was the best host. I feel as though I am family! Thank you K for the best stay in my 25 years of traveling. I highly recommend to stay at this property if you have the opportunity.
