Best ever

I loved this place! It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. M was the best ...prompt and responsive. I would highly recommend this stay. I very much hope it's available for my next contract in Sioux City

M is super sweet, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend her place to others. It is safe, quiet and the location is perfect. Marlus is super easy to communicate with. Nice place with plenty of space.

So happy we found this apartment for our summer stay!

We loved our stay at this little apartment! We moved for my fiance's summer internship and I worked from home. We stayed during the summer, and because the apartment is located in the basement, it stayed very cool. It is clean, well kept, and very comfortable. It has a full bed, so my fiance and I were close, but not uncomfortable! We had our dog with us, so we loved that it had a spacious backyard for him to play in. It is located in a great spot, only 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Located in a nice neighborhood, we took walks every night and morning and felt safe. The landlord is the sweetest woman, and we chatted daily. She was willing and able to help us with all of our needs, even though we did not ask for much at all. The apartment came prepped and ready for our 3 month stay. We are grateful that we found this apartment to stay at for the summer, we had a great time. If you stay here, you will not regret it, you will love it! Thank you for having us, M :)

I hated to leave

There are not enough characters left in this world like M . From the very day I moved in it was like being with family. The property was exactly like she said. She is very responsive to any requests that you may have. Super caring AND she bakes cookies ! Once you get here you will never want to leave. If I ever come back this is where I will stay 100% of the time. I will miss M more than I miss leaving my assignment at Mercy One

Perfect Place to Stay!

M is so kind, understanding and helpful. You have your own private entrance and the whole lower unit to yourself. It has a living room, desk, bathroom with a stand-up shower, full bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with an oven/stove, a normal fridge and your own washer and dryer. She also provides kitchen supplies (dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cooking pans), towels and bed sheets. So, if you are a traveler, you dont need to bring much with you. I felt safe and welcomed here and I have no major complaints about this unit. I am so blessed to have met her and highly recommend!

Comfy apartment

I absolutely loved my stay here. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and I was able to take my dog on walks often. It's close to restaurants and stores which is a definite plus. The apartment itself was clean with comfy furnishings. Marlus was a wonderful host, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience I had

Sweet

Marlus is such a sweet host, does everything possible to make sure you have the best stay. I stayed 3 months as a travel nurse and had an awesome experience renting here. Pet friendly with a nice fenced yard for the furry ones and within a short distance from everything and anything else you might need/want. My first choice to stay if I ever come back.

Cozy stay for travel nurses

I stayed here for my first ever travel nurse assignment. The owner is super sweet and very accommodating to my needs. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is within walking distance to Unity Point and approximately a 9 minute drive to MercyOne. Everything is within a 15 minute drive which is super convenient. If you have a dog like I do, there is a huge backyard to run around in. I would definitely stay there again if I every pick up another contract in that city.
