Bright, Cozy and Quiet Room for Rent in Home Close to the Beach

A was the best host! She was always so accommodating and such a great person to conversate with. Our room was so nice and the house was cozy and felt like home. Location was also great. Absolutely nothing negative to say and I would love to stay here again!

I am so appreciative for the amazing hospitality A provided for me. She was perfectly accommodating and I was able to have the privacy I needed while also enjoying interactions with A, her daughter, and the sweetest dog Daisy. The home had a very loving and comfortable energy and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Truly Amazing You Won't Get Better Than This

You will be beyond happy in this home. The room is immaculate. You have all the amenities of a hotel right in your room - Roku, Fast Intenet, Refrigerator - AMAZING closet space and a bathroom that belongs in a magazine. I was very fortunate to be invited into this home with the warmest of welcomes and FULL USE of the entire house. The kitchen has everything and A has everything, so I wasn't left scrambling to settle into a new place while also settling into a new job. If you are so lucky to be picked to even come for a visit with the owners, I would pounce on it. The neighborhood is one of the finest in all of Santa Cruz County. I rambled on all the beaches nearby and found so much to do minutes away from the home. You will sleep like a baby because the bed is so comfortable and the room so quiet. The house is impeccably clean. The washer and dryer are big. I also had room in the refrigerator in the kitchen and the overflow refrigerator in the garage. BEST STAY EVER!

Her home is your home

I couldnt have asked for a warmer or more hospitable family to stay with during such a demanding year. The homeowner truly cares about you as a person and wants you to enjoy your stay in her home. She not only invites you into her home, but her family. She goes above and beyond to accommodate, care for, and help her tenant while also respecting their space and privacy. The house is so quiet you often feel as if youre the only one there, the neighborhood is beautifully surrounded by trees, and the beach is less than 2 miles away! The room (and the home) itself is very spacious, gets good natural lighting, and maintains a good and steady air flow. The homeowner keeps her home clean and is conscientious of COVID distancing. After a long and draining day at work, it was nice to come home and have all the privacy and space I needed while still being able to engage and connect. Look no further for your housing needs: this is truly a home away from home.

Cozy home in Aptos

Alisons home was an absolute dream. She was so hospitable and sweet, Im so lucky to have found her. She decorated the room perfectly with more than I could ask for. Personal TV, intranet, fridge, and fresh coffee in the morning. I had access to the entire home and Alison was so easy to communicate with for anything I needed. The home is located in the cozy neighborhood of Aptos, near local food, shopping, and a short walk local hikes, golf course, and ocean beach! If I even pick up a nurse contract in Santa Cruz again, I will definitely be returning! Worth every penny! So grateful
