Location is great!

The home is a cozy two bedroom first floor townhome with everything you can possibly need. Washer & dryer, two car garage, patio area with gas grill. Has a great path to the Old Mill you can walk or ride bikes easily. Great location to grocery stores, shopping and the highway. I would definitely recommend.

5-Star Experience w/Excellent Location

This property is beautifully decorated. Clean! And, location - perfect! We have family in the area and this property is centrally located. We walked several times to the Old Mill shops/dining areas as well as to the Box Factory. Loved this property and hope that I can stay here again!

A great location

The condo has a lot of room and storage areas. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen for meal preparation. The location is excellent, so close to the Old Mill District and Highway 97 to get around town. The neighborhood is very quiet, didn't hear the neighbors or the traffic. Very convenient to have the garage attached to the condo.

Excellent property, Highly recommend

This was a great property in an amazing location. The owner, C, was very responsive and extremely detail-oriented. She had very detailed instructions and a binder full of information all about the city of Bend and activities to do. I stayed at this property with my husband and two children and we were very impressed from the very moment we arrived. Everything was clean, tidy and organized. I cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to return to Bend and if so, we would definitely stay at this location again if it was available. My guess would be that it stays booked since the location is absolutely ideal and in close proximity to many fun areas for the city including being walking distance to The Old Mill and loads of great parks and biking paths. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer.

Quiet, clean, home in great destination

Christine's home is a wonderful place to stay in Bend! It's located on a quiet street that is conveniently located to the river, Old Mill, and many bars and restaurants in town. Christine was very responsive and easy to work with and offered a wealth of information of things to do in Bend. The house is comfortable, clean, and has a big garage for 1 car and storage. We would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

Much Needed Comfort For a Long Term Stay

We needed a long-term rental while we were in Bend for 6 months assisting family during the pandemic lock-down. We found this townhome and could not have been happier or luckier! It's location is fantastic. It is close enough to the river trails that you can walk just about anywhere you want. We walked daily on all but the worst weather days. The unit is fully furnished with everything you might need and is really quite spacious and comfortable. We were able to cook easily in the well-stocked kitchen and the gas fireplace was a plus on snowy winter days! I would highly recommend this for a single, couple or small family. It is home, not a party palace. Christine, the owner, was so helpful and kind. We are so grateful she shared her home with us during a really trying time. We hope to visit again under better circumstances and get the opportunity to really try all the wonderful, nearby food establishments. You can't go wrong renting this home.

Old Mill District Comfort

We had a great stay here. Christine was very responsive and attentive to detail. We found the neighborhood quiet and walkable. Before stay at home orders we enjoyed getting out and about to Winterfest, Sparrow bakery, The Box Factory, and Crux. After stay at home, we found Christine's place cozy, comfy,and perfect for puzzling. We would stay again and recommend this home.
