Great place to stay.

This place has a lot of great amenities and qualities. It is very quiet and has a beautiful space surrounding it. I used the fire pit on several occasions to relax in the evenings during the fall. You can easily walk to the downtown area to go to restaurants or the farmer's market in the summer/fall. It is also close to the hospitals and other activities going on in the area. Cami is quick to respond and easy to work with. I will definitely reach out to Cami again if I happen to be in the area.

Cozy

This place is perfect, has everything you need. Kitchen, bathroom, TV...... Walking distance to groceries store, cafe... etc. What makes it more perfect is that the hsopital is literally less than 10 minutes

perfect place for the solo traveler

Great place! dark curtains and shades for the night shifter, and big windows facing west to watch the sunset for the day shifter! I enjoyed Pioneer Park for the farmers market, Omni Yoga (ran by firefighters) and the best was being a mile from the hospital! This place has a very small kitchen with everything you need, a great outdoor space with a gazebo and couch for reading or lounging and a grill area, and a pear trea for snacks! I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. C and her husband were very accommodating to travel nurses like myself!

Amazing and cozy

This was the perfect location to so many places! I loved the patio sitting outside and reading was my favorite. This place is cute, cozy, perfect size! It had everything I could possibly need and more as a solo traveler! Plenty of room when I had a friend visit from out of town! Landlord is excellent and responds quickly with any needs! Couldnt say enough positive things about my stay here!

Pretty, Private, Perfect

The Carriage House is beautiful and unique, and unit D met all my needs perfectly. I loved that it was a separate, cute one bedroom unit with private parking. The unit includes a stove, full size refrigerator, shower/tub combo, full length mirror, queen size bed, and blackout curtains in the bedroom. The laundry schedule is fair, providing 3 opportunities each week to wash. I also loved the beautifully landscaped backyard with fruit trees and 2 separate gazebo setups. Its in a perfect location, less than a mile from Good Samaritan Hospital, and close to attractions like the fairgrounds, shopping, restaurants, coffee, and parks/trails. C and B were great landlords, easily accessible and very responsive. I highly recommend the Carriage House to any traveler looking for a private, stress-free stay.

Amazing!

My stay at the carriage house had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. The location is excellent. It was also great having a/c for the warmer days. The host were very accommodating and communication was great. I Definitely would recommend staying here.

Feels like home

Welcome home. Great location. Quiet neighbors -most of whom are travel professionals. Responsive landlords -great communication. I cannot say enough about the cozy, welcome home feeling of the Carriage House! The necessities were there and the small touches to make it feel homey. And then there is the great storage! Shelves and drawers galore inside. Storage shed outside. Back yard is quiet and beautiful -set up for outdoor gatherings. C, thank you for providing such a lovely home and gathering place for the travel professionals lucky enough to find themselves in Puyallup!

Carriage house review

I stayed one month in a private bedroom/bathroom inside the main house then stayed the remainder of my time in the carriage house. It is very nice and has everything you will need for your stay. C has everything streamlined and makes staying there very easy. Even in the main house she has everything organized and it was nice and easy to transition to the cottage. It took me 3 minutes to get back and forth to work and with the fairgrounds being close, it was easy and fun to just walk to the events there. C and B have a great, safe place to stay. It was a travelers dream for it to be so safe and nice.

Carriage House Cottage

The perfect unit in a perfect location. I loved everything about this property. It has everything you think you need and more and the location can't be beat. The owners are attentive and easy to communicate with. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would rent again in a heartbeat if I came back.

Perfect place for a short-term stay

This unit was perfect for a solo female traveler, I always felt safe and I knew the hosts were available if I ever needed anything. The unit was modern with up-to date appliances and furnishings. I can't say enough about the shower, great water pressure and temperature and the rain shower head felt luxurious. The kitchen is small but very functional and has all the appliances you'd need. No in unit laundry but the weekly laundry schedule provided ample access. The shed was private and perfect to store my bike and storage bins. The hosts were great about having short term guests and the space was big enough for two to live comfortably. I was sad to leave this unit and would highly recommend for any traveler.

Great cozy unit nearby Good Sam Hospital

This is a cozy 1 bedroom unit perfect for a single travel nurse. 5 minute drive away from Good Samaritan hospital. Located a few blocks away from the main road so the surrounding neighborhood is relatively quiet and the downtown/main town area is just a couple of minutes walk away. B and C were very nice and responsive, quick to answer any questions I had and fix any issues that may have come up during my stay. I loved that I had my own parking space right outside my unit. The backyard is beautiful and I wish I was here during the spring / summer when I could have actually utilized the backyard as it looks to be a beautiful space to share with friends and fellow travel nurses in the house/other units. Definitely recommend this place to travelers if they are ever looking for a place to stay in the Puyallup/Tacoma/Lakewood area.

My Experience in Sparks Suite :)

Initially, I was hoping to rent a private unit with C and B; however Sparks Suite was exactly what I needed, especially during my first travel contract as a nurse. I made life-long friends in the Carriage house and it was a perfect set up (with plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen!). Literally 3 minutes from Good Samaritan and 20 minutes from most hospitals in the area. At first I was apprehensive as a night shifter, but C and B were very accommodating and quickly installed blinds in my room. Sparks Suite is spacious and private with its own bathroom and king-size bed. The bed itself is very, very comfortable, and the room has plenty of storage. C and B are extremely flexible with the travel health-professional community and are readily available to help their tenants. I was extremely fortunate to have found their property and HIGHLY recommend Sparks Suite (and honestly all the rooms/units) to all travelers. It will always be home to me!

Amazing Property!

This was the perfect little place to stay! I had everything I needed right on the property and I was only 5 minutes from work at Good Samaritan Hospital. This property is located in a cute little neighborhood with lots of cute little places to explore and you aren't far from the main part of town. It really was the perfect location! B and C were the best hosts! They were always available if anything came up and always checking to make sure everything was going well with my stay. They are continually improving the property to make it the best possible experience for their guests. I would highly recommend staying here in any of the units if you are staying in Puyallup! Can't wait to come back and visit!

Cottage House

The cottage house was very cozy during my stay! I felt safe while living there. The property is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The owners are very quick with responding to any issues if any. The cottage house is spacious and big enough to stay while traveling. Love that I had my own parking space!

Beautiful Cottage!

Beautiful and clean single private cottage, perfect for single female who travels as a nurse. There are others staying in different units as your neighbors, few being fellow travel nurses, made the place comfortable to stay. The owners Cami and her brother were always a call/text away, if I ever needed anything. They are very responsive, respectful and easy to talk too. Definitely highly recommended to stay if you are in the area! Ill be contacting Cami again if I need a place to stay.
