This place is a steal

The sun shines every morning here. My stay here exceeded my expectations. I felt at home, the environment is peaceful, and the scenery was magical. Flowers, humming birds, and surprise wildlife sightings. My job was 10minutes away in addition to this clutch location. Kimm was an amazing host and we got along very well. I ended up staying for 7months which should tell you all you need to know.

Fantastic first Home Away From Home

As a first-time travel RN, I was nervous about renting a room. From the moment K and I met, we connected and decided this would be a mutually good fit for both of us. She shared that this was her first time renting a room. I enjoyed all the comforts of her home, including a comfortable, private room, my own bathroom (unless an occasional visitor stopped by) with included a separate shower and tub and TV. At night, Id light the fireplace and enjoy full run of the house, including the kitchen, washer and dryer and chill space in the lovely backyard. My room had a beautiful view of the mountains and from the living room, I could see the Bay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking was never an issue. I was a short drive to Kaiser San Leandro. K is warm, funny, kind and a perfect balance of present and respectful of ones own space and time.
