Several issues

I would highly suggest not staying here. During the warmer months a couple different neighbors play their music so loud that watching tv and sleeping is impossible. The dryer vents into the apartment which makes for a very hot and humid in warm weather and tons of dust. But my biggest issue was the landlady. She insisted that I pay rent through December 26 even though I moved out on the 18th. I could have understood but she then had the place listed on FF for 12/20. And trying to get my deposit back was a nightmare! She ended up keeping $500 she claimed was for cleaning. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and she doesn't even utilize a cleaning company (she does it herself). Save yourself the headache and find another place.

Horrible experience

I moved in on May 1st, and paid a security deposit and rent for the entire month. I ended up moving out the same day I moved in due to the next door neighbor having a gathering and playing extremely loud music in his driveway. When I called the landlord about the noise, she shared that the neighbor usually does this on the weekends which was never shared with me prior to move in. The music was so loud to the point where you could hear the walls and other things vibrating inside the apartment. Not only was the next door neighbor loud, but also another neighbor was sitting in the car playing loud music. I requested to receive my money back due to moving out the same day I moved in, but the landlord refused to send it even though everything was done electronically. I have yet to receive my money for the rent back even though I was told that I would get it back. The landlord continue to ignore calls and messages. This is my personal experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
