Sweet, Quiet, Clean, New Bungalow

H and M were fantastic hosts! Their communication was always excellent and prompt! They had an amazing little curated folder of things to do in town and recommended restaurants. They also had everything we needed kitchen wise, which I so appreciate as we did not have to purchase extra appliances or dishware. We loved how private and quiet the space was. The little side yard was a unique perk of the place which I really enjoyed. I often sat outside on my computer or with a book in the sun! This place really felt like a home! If we come back to Santa Cruz we would absolutely stay here again!

This was literally home for us and just what was needed for an extended period of time. A lovely cottage and hosts. Holly and Mark were extremely quick to respond, communication was easy, and always very friendly. Decorated with just enough of a beachy feel, yet warm and inviting, and filled with all we needed to stay comfortably. A nice size, clean, and fully functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet space. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer and lots of cabinets. The private entry kept us out of each others way and space for vehicles, and enjoyed the private side yard. Excellent location to accommodate pleasure and function. Several grocery choices were within walking distance, Arana Gulch and the Santa Cruz harbor were an easy few blocks walk and on to the ocean, and everything else was a short drive away. We would highly recommend Holly and Mark's wonderful cottage.

What else can I say that the other reviews haven't?? My wife and I absolutely loved staying in this comfortable cottage this summer. The cottage is a quiet retreat in a great neighborhood - a perfect place to work, relax, and live. Holly and Mark were wonderful in ensuring we were set up well and had everything we needed. The space is generously roomy for 2 people, where we both worked remotely during the day. Everything is as good (or better!) then advertised, and it truly felt like we were at home. We hope our travels bring us in Santa Cruz again, so we'll have the chance to stay here!

I was fortunate to rent this charming cottage for 2 months. The place is beautiful, clean, upgraded with new appliances, marble slab, a very comfy queen bed, large closet and everything you could possibly need (including a bottle of wine, chocolate and a candle to greet you!). It's very nicely decorated, comfortable, great TV and wifi set up. The hosts, Holly and Mark, are just lovely - accommodating, genuine, friendly and warm. Mark and Holly are exceptional hosts. The unit is perfect with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Mark and Holly were extremely quick to respond with communication and very kind and accommodating. The unit itself has very fast internet. The very best part is the bed, hands down the best rental bed you will ever sleep in!!!!! Did I mention the bed???? WOW! The location is prime for access to downtown, Dominican Hospital and beaches.
