Wonderful Place to Stay

B and S are wonderful hosts to a beautiful and homely basement apartment. The roomy one-bedroom offered everything I needed in a great location close to both the city and the mountains. If you're looking for a place in the Denver metro area this spot has it all!

Great little Apartment with Wonderful Landlords

Really Great Place!!!! Clean, Homey little apartment, has everything you might need. Exceptional Landlords were very attentive and helpful. It is a basement apartment but plenty of light. Nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of parks nearby and shopping/restaurants within walking distance. We would have stayed but a job came up elsewhere.

Roomy, Comfortable, Wonderful Hosts!

Very Sunny Garden Apt with front door onsite outside parking. Laundry unit right outside apt door. Large bedroom with tons of closet space. The space was cool on hot days and warm on cold days. It was pristine clean while making use of vintage and antique items. Excellent internet but no smart tv. so be aware of that but plenty of old school entertainment and devices. Beautiful outside garden space to relax. The Landlords were caring, friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the Denver/Colorado area. The Unit is very close to all shopping, entertainment, Red Rocks & Hiking. I highly recommend!
