Perfect Classic Florida

K was a great host and the house was perfect! Super cute renovation job and the amenities were a lifesaver. I realized at 7 AM I forgot my blow dryer and had an 8:30 headshot with wet hair if not for the great thought to leave one for guest use! The house is so cute and nice to have the fenced in yard with our dog. We were in town for a competition for our dog and we couldnt have asked for a better more convenient place to stay. It had everything we needed.

Amazing location and the Best people to rent from

As a traveling nurse Im always looking for a place that feels like home! I absolutely loved loved loved staying here! K and J were amazing hosts and people! If I had any issues they were prompt to fix them and did so with a smile :) They even watched my dog for me when I had to unexpectedly leave town. My pup is my everything so having someone to trust is an absolute must! I was beyond grateful to them for their hospitality and kindness. Yes the neighbors have roosters but they never bothered me, even as a night shifter. They accommodated me by putting up black out curtains to make my stay more comfortable:) I was able to walk my dog around the little lake near by and easily to downtown Clearwater. The hospital was less than a mile from the house which made getting to work a breeze! The couch is so comfortable that I would even fall asleep out there! They also added another TV to the bedroom which was so kind! I had many visitors throughout my 5 month stay and everyone loved it

Delightful, Charming & Peaceful

So many charming touches, it was a joy to WFH and then vacation here. It felt like home with comfy furniture (including the porch swing) contrasting ceilings, a sizable and efficient W/D, the dedicated parking, and even the perfect number of hangers for a long stay. Baking in the roomy kitchen was a breeze. And opening the kitchen/back door extended the space into the fully fenced/private back yard. Lovely if you want a breeze. The trundle bed and special touches in the embodied bedding were a treat for my nieces & nephews when they came for sleepovers. And the owner was so friendly and accommodating. She let my aunt in before I arrived so I would have groceries and goodies from minute one. This bungalow was a peaceful haven in the holiday whirl. I'd definitely stay here again.

Timeless Beauty and Charm

This was one of our favorite places to stay! We really enjoyed our time in this comfy bungalow. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. Just a couple blocks from Morton Plant Hospital, it allowed me more time to rest before and after work! And on my days off, it was a quick drive to the grocery store or the beach. The owners are so wonderful and responded swiftly to any questions we had. Thank you for being such amazing hosts! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect Stay

Classic old-school Florida charm-I love this cozy bungalow! K and J are extremely responsive property owners and were very accommodating to me for all of my extended stays. The home is very clean and stocked with basics. One thing I truly enjoyed is that it was not full of clutter. I was able to find room for everything I brought and instantly felt right at home. This is why Ive stayed multiple times. Its cheerful and full of character right down to the fenced in courtyard and cute covered front porch. I NEVER want to leave when its time to go. I would be in heaven if I could live in this place permanently! Look no further youve found a rare gem!

Beautiful Bungalow

The Landlord is wonderful and the Bungalow is perfect. So cozy and comfortable with everything you need. Not only is there a great front porch to enjoy the back porch and fenced in yard is so great for morning yoga! It is convenient to everything especially Morton Plant and the beaches. You can ride your bike everywhere and are so close to the Pinellas trail. The neighborhood is quiet and if you need anything K is always on top of it right away. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Travel Nurse

This house was amazing! It is a very short drive to Clearwater beach. It was the perfect stay for my 8 week travel assignment. The tenant was always available and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful by the Beach

The house was the perfect place to be stuck at home. We were able to access the essentials easily. Also, it is super close to the wonderful Pinellas bike trail which we were able to use even while everything else was closed. The house itself is cozy and spotlessly cleaned. We had everything we needed.

Amazing spot thats close to a ton of great experiences

The property is incredibly comfortable and close to the beach while also being only a short drive from St. Petersburg and all it has to offer. A great price and a welcomed break from real life. I highly recommend staying and experiencing all you can. The property owners are amazing people who take great care of the property and are very responsive if you need them. Loved this place and hope others get the chance too experience it. Ill definitely be back soon!
