Perfect Oasis

I had a long stay at the studio and loved living there. It has everything needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom has great water pressure and instant hot water, and the bed is very comfortable. The patio is a nice outdoor space, WiFi is fast and stable, and there's plenty of storage. Laundry and shared facilities (pool, mailboxes, dumpster) are well maintained and easy to access. The complex is beautiful with lots of greenery, and the carport was a huge perk. Its close to grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, and has easy freeway access. I always felt safe there. Finally, I can't sing enough praise for Brenda as a landlord. She is so kind and accommodating as my stay extended far longer than I originally planned. When the TV screen burnt out, she and her husband had it replaced ASAP. She was always easy to reach and always pleasant to interact with. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

Amazing!

The host is amazing and super easy to communicate with. Very safe and comfortable complex. Relatively quiet with your typical apartment noise as the unit is on the bottom floor and there is an upstairs apartment occupant. A lot of things to do in a short distance! Would definitely rent from B and R again in the future.

13 week stay

i highly recommended this property!!!! the hosts B and R truly went above and beyond (and then some) to make sure i had everything i needed during my stay. if i ever needed them, they were a quick text away and very responsive and helpful! i stayed at their property for 3 months and was actually sad to leave because it felt like home! very white and safe neighborhood if youre a young single person like myself, and they allowed my cat to stay with me during this time as well! i cannot recommended this property and these amazing hosts enough!

After taking a travel contract in Palm Springs, CA in February my husband were in shock at the price people were charging for furnished properties. Thankfully Brenda and Rick rent exclusively to people doing travel positions at hospitals at an affordable rate! AND they have clean, comfortable, safe and wonderful properties. They were super responsive if we had a question or something that needed fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend any of their properties because they are such good property owners.

Great Bright Space

Space was perfect for me and my cats ! Has everything you need for a home away from home. It is clean and nicely decorated. Mostly quiet with typically apt living noises at times. Owner is quick to respond to any issues and is very kind. There is a grocery &pharmacy in walking distance. Lg shopping center 2mi away and is just like a .5 mile to the fwy. Im a single female and felt safe my entire stay. carport parking spot which was nice. Laundry just a short walk around the building for tenants only use.Highly recommend. I even paid a little more than asking on here so its a good deal.
