Ideal place to call home!

Loved living here! It is in a great, safe neighborhood and the house itself is very quiet and private. The neighbors are very friendly. Street parking is always available and easy. FlyAway is right around the corner if you need easy transportation to the airport. Jorge and Yamile are the perfect hosts - friendly, always reply quickly when texted, readily available but not intrusive. I really miss Amapola Coffee & Tea, Kiki's Middle Eastern Restaurant and Mama's Donuts. The house is very reasonable priced for the area, and easily fits 2 adults. The kitchen is well stocked. I would stay here again without reservation, and as you can probably tell, really miss it. Thank you Jorge and Yamile!

Great Property

This cottage provided everything my boyfriend and I needed as travel nurses staying for 6 months in the area. The landlords were so kind and very quick to respond if we ever needed anything. Although it is a smaller place, it felt pretty spacious with the two of us and our dog. There is a great park nearby too. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Charming cottage

We adored our stay at this charming home away from home. The space is well equipped with everything one would ever need and the outdoor patio area was perfect for hanging out on those beautiful southern Cali days. You are close to everything (grocery, freeways, shopping, etc) J &Y are the nicest, most accommodating owners and we have nothing but nice things to say about them. Stay here if you get the chance-you wont regret it!

The BEST place you could ask for as a traveling nurse

I honestly could not say enough nice things about this place. The landlords Y and J were honestly some of the best, kind hearted people I have ever met. They were always available to answer questions or help with anything you needed. For example, I needed a recommendation for a car repair shop, and they immediately helped me out with that. On Christmas, they even gave us a card, with some chocolates and wine since we couldn't be with our families that year.The space is small and cozy, but was perfect for my husband and I. The two bedrooms make up for the lack of a true living room, which was perfectly fine. All the appliances were brand new, and we had no problem with anything. There is a Target about 10 mins away which made grocery shopping super convenient. There is a parking spot right in front for one car. The space is in the back of their home, but I really felt like we had our own space. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Loved my stay

I stayed here for 6 months (May 2021 - Oct 2021) and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! This guesthouse is in excellent condition. I loved having central AC and a full size washer/dryer. There is one spot available in the driveway so parking was never an issue. J and Y were excellent hosts! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place and Excellent Hosts!

I was the first to stay here, the place was great quality and I loved having a full kitchen. Newly renovated and stylish. Jorge and his wife Yamile are very friendly and were great hosts. They had suggestions for places to go and answered all my questions quickly. They made me feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.
