Great House!

My boyfriend and I are so grateful to have found this gem in Modesto! A great house with lots of space. Felt very safe in the neighborhood, the neighbors are so friendly as well! The house is walking distance to a nearby walking/biking trail, which we loved going to in the mornings. Also, pretty close to downtown! Jennifer and Erick were great landlords who respected our privacy and always ensured we were enjoying our stay.

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We loved how spacious the house was and felt very comfortable during our stay. The house is walking distance from Doctors Medical & just a 6 minute drive from Sutter Memorial which made getting to/from work super easy. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and we enjoyed the backyard space and loved having our own lemon trees! The kitchen comes with a lot of helpful stuff, including cooking/baking tools and Tupperware which was great. The few times we needed anything from the landlord, they were quick to respond and provide assistance. They sent our security deposit back right after they did the walk-through after we moved out, we appreciated how easy they made this for us.

Lovely, quiet stay!

This is a private room/bathroom in a cute house, shared with another woman. She has 2 cats and 1 Chihuahua, so you must like animals. About a block from DMC, it was great to be able to walk to work. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Would stay here again.
