Great Condo in an Amazing Location

I had a wonderful stay at Audra's condo! The location in Congress Park is central to many other Denver neighborhoods and walkable to multiple parks, the botanic gardens, coffee shops, etc. The condo has everything you possibly could need plus a full kitchen, which is a huge win as a travel nurse frequently staying in furnished finders. There's also a pool and parking spot! Audra is super responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend this condo!

Coziest Condo

Such a lovely condo! I really enjoyed my time here. It is close (by car or walking) to multiple restaurants as well as Cheeseman and City Park. The City Park farmers market on Saturdays is just a few minutes walk away. A is also a great landlord and was available for anything I needed. I would rent this apartment again if I ever had a chance! A Denver gem.

Amazing Property

I cant say enough good things about A and her condo. I needed to move to Denver in a really short time and A was very accommodating. She was there on my move in day to give me a tour and answered any questions I had. Throughout my stay at her property, she was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The property is very well kept and in a wonderful location. A was very flexible with some unforeseen circumstances of mine, and communicated and offered helpful solutions to me during that time. If life brings me back to Denver, I will definitely be renting here again!
