M is a great host! Everything i needed he had available and the apartment is very cozy and quiet. All the amenities of home! The outdoor patio and the enclosed yard with the bbq pit was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

no sight unseen

I paid the $900 Security deposit sight unseen. When I arrived the basement apartment was not to my liking. It was in need of some updates. The curtain rod fell off when I tried to open the curtains, the trash can had trash in it from who knows, the couch cushions didnt match the couch, the tv didnt work and I just didnt feel a good vibe. Maybe just me, but I have learned a lesson to view in person first! I didnt move my stuff in and was told no return at all in the deposit! Loss of $900

Cozy private spot, great, safe location

Renting from M was a pleasure through and through. I was on assignment at St. Mary's and this location was perfect for biking to work, would also be ideal if you were on assignment at the VA. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, suited me and my dog well, M and his family take great care of the property, salting the walk in the winter and accommodating any needs. M is a fantastic resource for all things local, he ended up providing me with all sorts of insights ranging from the music scene at the university down the road as well to the best runs to hit at the local ski hill, Powderhorn. In short, I can't say enough great things about this spot, were I back in Junction I'd be happy to rent from M again in a heartbeat. The patio is a great spot to relax in the evenings, the apartment is humble but has more than everything you'd need for an assignment.
