Great Location

I had a wonderful stay at this FF from September to December! The Colette and Daryl were incredibly polite, welcoming, and made sure all my needs were met. The space was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend for anyone looking for housing in the Kirkland area.

An Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Hosts in a Safe, Spacious, and Well-Maintained Home

The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their place is spacious and beautifully maintained with plenty of storage space inside the unit. We rented there for 6+ months, and they were very flexible with dates and accommodating. The area is very safe. If any issue comes up in the unit (which is super rare since everything is very well maintained), they will fix it right away. This was one of the best stays we have ever experienced, and we will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Ah-mazing

The K are a really warm and inviting family. They work hard at making you feel like you're at home. They are very thoughtful and caring (they helped me out immensely with a family emergency). I felt like I was part of their family! The apartment is larger than it looks in the pictures. You have everything you need in a living space. The living area and dining area are very comfortable. I really like the bar-height table. The sofas are comfortable and cozy. The back bedroom has plenty of space and is very comfortable. I used the front bedroom an office than bedroom, but a friend of mine slept there when she was in town and said it was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for my stay, with a four-burner stove and a double oven. There was also plenty of counter space for what I needed. The bathroom was a great size and I loved soaking in the tub. The water heats quickly. I also really appreciated that there was laundry in the unit. It's also very clean.

Just like home

I could not have dreamt of a better place to stay while on contract in Seattle! The apartment is so spacious and has everything you want for feeling right at home. The K's are SO kind and welcoming and made me feel like I was a part of the family. There isnt a better host family out there to live with. The neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog, theres a wooded trail area a block from the apartment to wander in and get away from houses and cars. Theres also a shopping center with Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and other high end shops maybe a half mile south of the house. Between the unit itself, the family, and the area, you cant find anywhere better to live, and I cannot believe that I got to lucky to find this place with the K's. If its available to you I recommend booking it ASAP!!! (I worked at UWMC, it was about a 17 minute drive in the AM to get to the hospital via the toll bridge)

Great place

I stayed with C and D for 9 great months! The place is amazing with its own private entrance and lots of space in the apartment. Everyone upstairs is so amazing and accommodating they helped me out with my dog so much and treated me like family anything I needed or any questions I had they are so great at keeping in touch and responding. Place is very centrally located in a great neighborhood very close to Evergreen hospital where I work. If I ever come back I would stay with them again! Its an amazing place!
