Shared living room for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on my 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen for cooking or just heating something up, bright eating area for morning coffee and taking meals and large private patio with grill. You will have use of the kitchen, laundry room, patio, and neighborhood swimming pool.
