Charming Casita with incredible landlords!

I had an incredible month living in Terry and Brian's casita on their wonderful property! It really has everything you can need for a short/long term stay and they were both always so helpful - whether it came to local suggestions, a good chat after work, or reupping dish/laundry detergent. Updated appliances and all the materials you need to be able to feel at home, including a grill and little private patio! Also super close if you're doing any work in the Long Beach airport area! Highly recommend! 9.9/10 only because nothing is truly perfect, but this came pretty close!

Perfect Location!

Very cozy studio loaded with amenities washer dryer dishwasher barbecue etc. the neighborhood is AMAZING surrounded by beautiful houses and landscaping with a 5 minute walk to loads of bars restaurants and cafes. Brian and Terry are amazing people and host they live in the main house and are very welcoming I absolutely loved staying here.

Splendid casita!

This is a lovely casita, extremely comfortable, equipped with everything one would need for a short-term stay. Very nice private patio in the back for one's use. Beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood; convenient location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. I stayed here for just over four months. T & B were absolutely wonderful hosts throughout, exceptionally friendly and attentive and always helpful. I would arrange to stay here again in the future without question. Strongly recommended!

Great property to stay at

This is a beautiful space! It is well maintained and you can expect a pleasant experience if you stay! Clean and tidy space with a beautiful patio lounging area that I frequently enjoyed! The space is exactly what its described to be and has everything you need! The surrounding area and neighborhood is also beautiful with plenty of attractions and activities to do nearby. Terry is extremely nice and helpful! She ensured that everything was running smoothly and was readily available if anything was needed. This space is perfect for a traveler or if you find yourself in town for a short term assignment! I had no issues whatsoever and would recommend this place to family and friends. If i ever find myself in town again, this will be the first place Id consider!

Beautiful, safe casita in Long Beach

Beautiful little casita in the heart of Long Beach. Terry and Brian were amazing hosts, always willing to help and improve their guests stay. The casita was beautifully decorated and truly felt like a home away from home. The house and neighborhood felt very safe and it was so nice to walk around outside. Definitely recommend staying here if in the Long Beach area and will definitely be back if I return!

I had a fantastic stay! The casita is located in a cute neighborhood, close to Trader Joe's, Safeway, and aldi. I felt safe and comfortable while staying here. The casita has all the accomodations I needed. The hosts are lovely!

Charming Casita Perfect for Travelers

I cant say enough positive things about this charming casita and its hosts. The place was clean and cozy and I loved the attention to detail and all the lighting offered outside of the natural sunlight that comes in. The actual casita is past a small gate which provides added security in an already safe neighborhood. The hosts were so friendly, flexible, and communicative- they are wonderful people! I would definitely recommend this place for any traveler and I hope to return again.
