Toxic environment

The house location is really beautiful. Its a park facing house the house is nice too its clean but it is so toxic as the landlady micromanages everything she will be on your head for all things. Some house rules are ridiculous and she definitely got bad OCD. I was there for two months and some days I got really tired and frustrated with her. There were also some yelling incidents by her and I kept my calm because of her age. In this industry you need to be cooperative with people which she is not at all she wants you to do things as she does it. Some days it felt that she was frustrated and I was just an easy target to release frustration at. I left three days before my lease ended as I was not able to take her rude and bad behaviour. Also her dryer is super old that you will need to air dry some of the clothes and her fridge is small always filled with her stuff you will always struggle for space. Wont suggest if you want peace of mind.

it was a nice neighborhood and quiet .it has a beautiful backyard park.ypu can walk every day..the lady of house was very friendly and cooperative.she show me around town so I know how to get around..I appreciate everything she did to make me feel comfortable there just like home away from home

Lots of rules

Beware there are a lot of rules that the owner does not go over until you move in. Just make sure she goes over the rules with you before you book. We even had a phone conversation before committing to anything and she failed to detail these to me. Also, she wanted me to text her every time I was 15 minutes away from arriving. Every single time. I worked nights at a local hospital and I felt like I couldn't do anything without her wanting to know about it, so restricting. She doesn't want you eating in the room which is fine but there was nowhere else to eat. The kitchen table was cluttered and the bar only had one open spot and she was always there. She tried to manipulate me into leaving a positive review even suggesting what I should write and then tried to gaslight me with scripture. I am a Christian as well and was appalled at the audacity. I tried to talk to her about the issues and she didn't want to hear it. So I just took the high road and got out of there as soon as could.

Nice place to stay!

5 out of 5 rating A beautiful location in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with on the street parking. Theres a beautiful park with walking trails located behind the house. Beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed from the back deck. A very clean and well kept interior made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! I would definitely stay there again.

S is an amazing host. Her home is very welcoming and the perfect place to rest and relax after shift of work. Close to many hospitals and all types of restaurants, stores, and entertainment in Omaha.
