Wonderful Stay
I enjoyed my stay here as well as the area it is located in. Everything you need is within 10-15 mins and located near a nice hiking area. The owner is friendly and personable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. When and if I work in this area again Im going to try to stay here!

Best ever rental!!
If you need a place to stay in the Boston/Quincy/Weymouth area, this guy is the best!!! Thoughtful, considerate, clean and oh so quiet!!! I would def go here again!!!! I hate to even leave!!

Simply perfect
I lived in this property for 3 months. I was comfortable, safe and just overall satisfied. Quincy is a very nice city and is close to everything! The apartment building is not noisy at all. The exterior of the building is very well kept. J is a great landlord. Hes very responsive and laid back. Would I rent from him again? Absolutely.

Great Find
J was an awesome host, answered all questions and requests in a timely manner, was social and respectful. It was equally fun to be roommates as it was to explore Boston! This space is very close to the city but far enough away too. You can take the train, walk or bike. And the local hiking trails are right in your backyard! The room is comfortable and your private bathroom is a few steps away. If I'm ever back in Boston I would most definitely stay here again!

Attention travel nurses:STAY HERE
I couldnt ask for a better place to say while on my assignment at South Shore. Theres an available parking spot for you on the property, you have your own bedroom (wifi, storage and smartTv) and bathroom(storage, full bath) Common areas shared:dining, kitchen, living room. J is very professional and clean. The area is quiet. Easy to fall asleep. Laundry is in the basement. There is an app you can download so. No need for quarters. J goes above and beyond for his guest. Please STAY here!! You wont regret.
