Enjoyable Stay

I enjoyed my 6 month stay at this location as a traveling medical professional. The property was very clean and well kept. The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood. Earl was a very gracious host and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it's very safe place to stay with several stores nearby.

A++ rental and host

The location is beautiful and the host is amazing. The apartment has everything you need! Not too far from everything. Great shopping and dining galore.

Spacious property, good host

I stayed at Es property during a 3 month work contract. The property was spacious, and well appointed (full size fridge and washer and dryer were a huge plus). The neighborhood feels quiet and secluded (good for walks) but is minutes from everything youd need and only 20-30 minutes from midtown (depending on traffic of course). E was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this area to anyone looking for a spot in the Atlanta area.

Great property and location

I enjoyed my experience staying at this location. E was a cool and laid back landlord. Whenever I had a problem he quickly fixed the issue. I stayed there over a year and only left because my contract ended. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Its also in a great location easy access to major highways. I would definitely stay there again.

Beware of this listing!

After 2 weeks, I needed to vacate this property because of bad air quality and poor maintenance . It was not clean when I moved in and he was unresponsive. I paid through the entire lease term and he didnt return my security deposit without cause. He is after $ Dont rent here
