awesome!

Awesome stay! Was here for approximately 3 months and never had any issues. Owners are very responsive and quick to answer questions. Being able to use W/D made life so much easier. The neighborhood is awesome with most things within walking distance as well as being extremely safe! The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. Overall an awesome experience and felt like a home away from home!

Portland Stay

This is a great basement apartment in a gorgeous NE Portland neighborhood. Lots of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance and a 10-15 minute drive to Legacy Good Sam where I was working. Also close to bus stops if you don't drive. Clint and Barbara were awesome to rent from. They were very nice and were quick to respond if any questions or problems came up. They were also super understanding about my night shift schedule. I was always able to easily get some rest. They are very welcoming and one of the best landlords I've had! The apartment itself was very clean on arrival and had everything I needed plus access to the shared laundry was great! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Portland studio apartment

Great basement apartment! Very nice, upscale and shaded neighborhood, felt very safe here. 10 minute walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Included washer and dryer was a big plus! 2 miles away from Legacy Emmanuel hospital where I worked. Clint/ Barbara and family were very welcoming and were able to accommodate me and my nigh shift schedule and were quiet during daytime hours so I was able to rest. Overall a very pleasant stay, thanks Clint!
